It's crazy how his voice is trained to to the heavy screams and hit the high vocal chords. If you improperly scream, you lose your vocal chords and can't hit then high notes but can sing only what you can sing. This guy got talent for real

his high note is called repertoire voice, technically the use of repertoire voice is different from scream so it's still safe for his throat and doesn't burden him when singing high notes
