Really loved the first episode, I've rewatched it more than 10 times now. I definitely think the prefect club is, more than just a way to keep students from disobeying the rules, but a way to give power to certain students. Everyone probably wants to join, not because they agree with the rules but because of the power they have over everyone else. Akk is a different case tho, i really think he agrees (or thinks he agrees) with all the rules and think they all should be followed. I'm curious if we're gonna get his background story and how he was raised. Also, the fact that the "cursed" students are all gay is a very interesting choice. That mixed with how neos character seems to care about whether people view him as gay or not, and even akk putting his uniform back in the closet so he doesnt think about aye, it all points to a lot of internalized homophobia and i feel like the "following of the rules" will be a metaphor for that.

I think there's no curse in the school, They just established that theory to scare the kids to fall the rules .
