It was frustrating as hell during the 2nd half of the season seeing this man not even getting looks. Like they'd go to him in the 1st quarter then not look his way the rest of the game. He had a great game against the Browns then the very next game against Green Bay he gets 1 target.

I called it when he got drafted He is a chain mover and he's a tough catch maker. He will make the quarterbacks job alot easier. Reminds me of Chris Godwin. A guy that can make those tough catches and a guy that can get you a first down when you need it. Batemen's route running is top notch for a rookie. Can't wait to see what he does with a full off-season with Lamar.
He's a Reggie Wayne clone, slightly taller and bigger. Wayne ran a 4.45, Bateman 4.43. So both have speed and athleticism but succeed off their superb route running and hands as a possession wr. I think Bateman will be able to comfortably replicate Hollywood stats/role and then some, 91 rec 1008 yards 11.1yards rec, etc.
I think this guy is going to be really good. Got a tough draw of the cards his rookie year with missing training camp + first six games and then his QB1 out for the last stretch of the season. He has all the intangibles and will get a ton of targets next year.
Harbs hasn't taken our wide receivers seriously enough to get them some great young coaches, until his 13th year as a head coach ! And that was only after our receivers came in last in the league the year before ! Fire Harbaugh 🔥

He needs to start taking a more analytical approach and seeking out each and every resource that will help our guys learn and improve. Greg Roman proved horrible at adapting last year when defenses changed their look. They didn't respect the run game as mucha and started blitzing the house and dropping the secondary. Roman was so stupid he would keep sending 4 verticals against that defense instead of attacking quick hitters over the middle of a huge vacant space. We need to attack the middle and get the ball out quick. Bateman, Duvernay, Andrew's and the newly acquired TEs Kolar and Likely are perfect for this style. Het back to 2019 and with a healthy JK and Gus, opposing defenses will be forced to pick their poison.
This is going to be a nasty 2022 season. With the offense back up to health, the ravens are going to break their 2019 team rushing yards in a season record 🤮 then that’s going to open up a lot of room in the passing game + play action!! I cannot wait.

Ravens need to revamp that O-Line again this draft. While they have Ronnie Stanley and Ju'wan James...both were not helpful this year (injuries obviously) and they're gonna lose Bozeman to FA likely. Look for Ravens to snag a Center or Guard in early rounds. Would love to see Lamar and his Wideouts get some protection to actually make some passes.
