this talk is a good example of how a lot of people have a lot of great lessons to share, but will still be flat wrong on some things, i.e. "I don't believe in global warming" - there is a lot to not like about this talk, and there is a lot to learn as well. listen for the good bits and remember that just because someone has achieved a lot of success, it does not mean they are infallible.
have listened to more of dan peña and the dude is the man! still wrong about global warming. but tons of wisdom, thanks for the video!
