Spinal cord injury exercises and walking for Quadriparesis

History of self skid from two Wheeler, (09.05.2020)sustained neck injury and tried to sit neck pain occurred right side limb loss of movement and sensation. Shifted in ambulance to hospital, took scan advice surgery. so c4-c5, c5-c6 discetomy and fusion with iliac bone graft, stabilised 2level with screws done.
after two months he can able to walk few steps use of Walker, after few months later he could able to walk with elbow crutches, that time game for further rehab, now he can able to do all ADL activities and walking without support. left leg dorsi flexion muscle power less so giving stimulation for dorsi flexor muscles and using soft "AFO" ankle foot orthosis. now can able to do walk even and uneven surface, stepping sit to standing independently.
