i saw a korean singed learn E lvl 1 when invading and running into someone. throwing enemy into team guarantees kill then he just lays back and last hits in lane. is it better? when playing top of course
My guess as a new player is you judge if the kill will be guaranteed or not and level e after that, so basically wait untill the right moment so you know how things will turn out

It's modern LoL and its huge aversion to anything close to durability and the looming scare of a Tank meta. Gotta pump the damage, which will lead to runaway damage creep.
