I would say wind hashira and snake hashira almost die in that moment when they approach infinity castle entrance. If biwa doesn't closed the entrance they would cerrianly stuck inside that dimension and face a bunch of demon or maybe one of three remain upper rank.
They would only die if kokushibo or maybe douma appear. Sanemi is the second strongest and obanai is the third strongest hashira. Together they can handle akaza easy

In retrospect, it is though. The reason UA-camrs react to it, is because the views (and therefore money) pours in.
The anime is hard carried by ufotable who've basically given the DS name, its name, internationally. I've read the whole thing, and most critics are right, it is wildly overrated. By no means is it bad at all; it's a perfectly fine read, and pretty good watch (ufotable), but back in the day, there was this bizarre part of the manga community who swore it was *cough* "peak", and acted like it was an 11/10, which is beyond absurd. It's a solid 6 or 7/10. The voice actors and OST are absolutely phenomenal though.
Most aspects are bang on average, including extremely trope-y characters, mediocre pacing, and an uninspired setting. Again, to reiterate, NOT bad, but bang on average. The plot, as you've stated, gets particularly scrutinized, because it's one of the few aspects that's below even average. I'm not a hater at all btw, just pointing out why so many people in the community get annoyed by the fandom. Some parts of the fandom act like it's comparable to things like Apothecary Diaries, Frieren, Berserk, Full Metal Alchemist, Slam Dunk, One Piece, Death Note, Code Geass, etc, at which point, I mentally check out.
Yeah, I can already hear all of the complaints and people bashing and insulting the series and anyone who likes it unfortunately.
@@anshuman6923It's still heavily exaggerated to say that the entire series is just carried by the animation and that it's a terrible piece of media that people, usually new and young anime fans according to those people, only watch for the action and nothing more when that isn't true and the manga is also very popular and successful even without all of the elements that supposedly "carry" the whole series.

The forced humor ruins demon slayer for me. I still think the anime Is really good but I just can’t stand the super loud yelling every 5mins. I loved the dark tone of the intro with Sanemi and Iguro and the pace was good but as soon as we got back to the mansion, it got annoying.
Zenitsu makes this anime almost unwatchable. I have no idea how anyone can like such an irritating character. The worst thing is that this blacksmith has the same irritating manner. They shout 24/7
