I think you should stay with the old gods faith maybe become like a blackwood version of the westernlands. As far as culture goes maybe wait till you become landed and then make a hybrid culture. Or if possible maybe your own religion as well. For becoming friends with tyrion goes don't do it just to stab him in the back. Either stay loyal to him or don't become his friend because I think Jon have a very few people he loves or is loyal to and so Jon values loyalty. Now for changing diligent is concerned just because you grow up doesn't mean you cannot be diligent. It is a good trait and there is no reason to change it and Jon not arrogant for anyone other than Eddard stark(and he has his reason for it).
Lord Snow, the only one who deserves respect is your Uncle Benjen. Lord Stark has revealed that by the seven and all laws even he owes you the knee. The North never raised you Sir so by whatever means you can claim what is yours by birth, adopting the Seven May aid in that venture. May the dragons watch over you Lord Snow.
I think you should remain in the Targaryen Dynasty (or create a brand New Targaryen branch house like Dragon Wolves) imagine the betrayal Edd would feel fighting the Targaryens realising that he released a brand new Generation of Dragons by not showing Jon love
I love that idea. Creating your own Bitterwolf house/religion. I can see Tyrion giving you Castamere or the Tarbeck castle after you befriend him or marry one of his cousins. At the same time I could see Jon plotting to take the Westerlands and Casterly Rock. Maybe even attempting to use your claim on the Iron Throne or passing that to your children. I see this version of Jon hating both sides of his family, the Starks because of Eddard, and the Targaryens because they fell from grace causing everything to happen. He would be what Viserys thought he was in agot.
Befriending Tyrion would a good idea,but to get good relationships while secretly plotting to usurp high Lordship. A lion becoming prey and stalked by a wolf. After Jon has children i can imagine him marrying his children off to those who claims by heir or marrying into the Bitterwolves through daughters so you can always have a claim to push. Maybe a hybridization culture of the westerlands and north down the line. Super fun to watch and patiently waiting for the next part of the story of Jon Snow.🎉
NO LITERALLY!! I promise i tried SO DAMN HARD to make him evil! But it got so freaking difficult to maintain! (The series gets better though i promise!)
Will you ever do (maybe just a few episodes) playing as House Lannister or smth on an unmodded (not AGOT mod, others like QoL mods is ok) version of CK3? Just to see how much the game will allow you to play with incestuous relationships and blonde hair in the family :D
I think you should maybe become a vassal of some other kingdom rather than a westerlands because you too often play there.. jons temperament in this playtrough to me resembles more people from stormlands and you can take revenge on baratheons from there. And stormwolf or stormdragon would be a cool name
I love the idea of the Stormwolf! My only issue is that i have a Stormlander series planned for later this year, so i want to try and steer away from that kingdom for now.
That would be cool. I lowkey am hoping one of these other lords does a Dissolution War and makes each kingdom independent again, that way either jon or his descendants can conquer the seven kingdoms again

Well, The idea is not bad, but maybe is better to have out own culture, like making an hibrid between the westerman and the norths
