Pvt SQ te admission nile first round e after allotment full payment kore dile ba bank guarantee korle ......R2 ba R3 te government e seat allotment hole via upgradation......puro money tai refund pabo toh (tuition fees ta) if paid totally? Except for that rs 50k admission fees which I know is non refundable.
Tokhn erom hobe na toh j....new allotment letter chole elo GMC er but ora allow korche na pvt college ta leave korte by not refunding the money required ??
