Thank you for this video. I was also, saddened to hear Conde was closing. I love all of their pillow cases. I thought it funny you just did this video when my pet supply order from them is coming today. I’m pretty excited❣️
I am interested in sublimating some plates. Is sublimation food safe to put on plates? I have a heat press that has a plate press and I am interested in finding tutorials on sublimating on plates.
Yes! It is safe. It's the same as drinking from a mug that has been sublimated (your mouth would touch the outside of the mug where the sublimation is. I think one of my heat presses has a plate press, so I'll add that to my list of possible videos!
It's much better to design the name within the pattern and apply them at the same time. Double-pressing sublimation ink means that you can end up re-sublimating the first layer so it gets faded. Also, sublimation ink is transparent, so if you sublimate a name over a busy pattern, it'll just look sort of messy and unreadable, if that makes sense :)
That would be great if you can do a video on sublimating on plates.
Agreed!

Oh how timely! I'm sad Conde is closing as well -- they were a great supplier!
That’s a great tip for not pre-shrinking the sleeve.
It just takes so much time and it feels dangerous only for it to not be necessary for the most part!
They are sold out of the dog bowls. I tried to order them last Friday 😂😂
Oh gosh, good to know!
SO good to know.
JP Plus has the dog dish to purchase separately.
Good to know, thank you!!
@@HeyLetsMakeStuff I wrote the wrong name, it's JP Plastics....brain fog!!! LOL

Your dog is beautiful-what breed is that?
He's a Bernese Mountain Dog. He was a puppy in the photo -- he's 105 pounds of pure love now!
My dog's name is also Gus
It's a fabulous dog name.

Where did you get the smaller dog bandana? I have two small dogs and I would love to make them for my dogs
The dog banana can be found here: amzn.to/3TV0AQq (affiliate)
Where can I find the small dog bandana?
Hi! Everything I used in the vide can be found here amzn.to/3TV0AQq (affiliate links)
Can you sublimate a pattern and then go back again and add a name?
