Every time I see the 8820, I’m like…..WOW !! That thing looks amazing ! That guy did an AWESOME job…..and then when the 46 pulls up near it……brings back memories……GOOD LUCK on this harvest
Combine is doing it's thing, that's a plus, the work you've done to it,it should work the season with no problem's,the cart will back going again with new gearbox, and harvesting will be alot easier for you, love the video's, 👌, happy harvesting.
Awsome content chris you got good friends glad to see robert back and as all ways the crew cheif getting the job done can't wait to see the kw in action
As long as the snow stays away. LET THAT CORN DRY DOWN !!!! Seriously try to run in the day light (give or take) 8:00 to 7:00 . Take care and stay safe !!!!!
You are definitely the big boy now. What an awesome feeling that must’ve been to watch your corn rolling out the driveway. Congratulations on a good start to 2024 corn harvest.
ENJOYED my VetD free breakfast at Danney's.😎👉👉👉👉 Chris perhaps invest in a FEW chain falls and clamps to use on the COMBINE for the heavy BLEEPS. Plus make your OWN pressure tester by using a tractor to pressure leaks test your parts before installing it. Working smarter not harder.
Is awesome content Chris I’m thinking about the idiots that doubted you and you have an ability and drive to pull this operation off and succeed. Congratulations can’t wait to see the big Kenworth in action if it’s God‘s will. Nothing like operating on a wing on a prayer ❤️🔥 36:54
I used to work for liberty body and trailer in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and Cobra was right next door,,, yes i was a aluminum welder and yes i got the piss burned out of me. Lol the year was 1978 i took welding in Votech after graduation liberty offered me a raise yep 3.45 $ an hour let's say i was gone great video Chris we're all pulling for you full speed ahead 💪💪 thanks Robert and Isaiah for helping an awesome man out 🙏🙏💪💪👍😎😎
Would it be possible to replace the gears, bearings and seals for less money if the rest of gearbox is good? Those LED lights really make things so much brighter 👍
Howdy Chris, Yenko, Isiah, Robert, hope ya'll are doing well, That's great the crew Chief is hauling corn for you on this trial run, but when are you gonna get your tractor trailer back, you were saying you'd have it by corn harvest, man I hope it's soon, that is beautiful tractor trailer you have, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it in action, Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
Thanks for sharing Duffy, just through new bearings and seals in that angel gearbox and you will be good to go. They can look terrible and still be working. Take care.
On our Parker the killer of gear boxes is unloading facing up hill. Our auger has enough play that when you face uphill it can pivot open then it starts chattering.
Cart was a gamble anyway..something was bound to be wrong with it as cheap as ya got it so a few extra bucks keeps it going a couple more years until you hit the big time😂
Yep anytime you're buying used equipment at an auction you can figure there was something wrong with it that's why it was there. So much nicer looking cart could still have the exact same problems. I found that out the hard way one time buying a round baler at an auction that was only 3 years old main gearbox was shot. Whoever consigned it had ran it out of oil from a piece of twine had wrapped around the shaft and took the seal out
@TravisDunlap-i5h because they each have their own place. I wouldn't want a nice truck field spreading manure in corn stalks. Plus the 2 "low quality" ones just make money and keep going. So if it makes dollars it makes sense
Looks like you need to adjust a little more to clean up the sample. Before anybody says keyboard warrior I combine between 500thousand and a million bushel a year of high moisture and dry and would be embarrassed with that sample.

Nice. I just went and spent a couple grand on Tedder parts and Napa filters. Need to head to Walmart tomorrow to get oil and break cleaner. Their the cheapest place to get retells engine oil. But I also get to spend 6 grand on baler repairs and need to get some bobcat parts. 300 bucks for a dang timing belt. But I still love farming. Going to teach my sister how to do oil changes on tractors during thanksgiving break
Dude, the grain buggy was always going to be a gamble. Your operation and income wasn't going to support an 80K dollar used cart, or a 100k new one. Either way, you're ahead.
Combine looked to be doing great! Glad to see the harvest underway!
There's a reason the grain cart was affordable. You really had to have it though.
Keep on pushing Chris 👏👏👏
Chris you are surrounded by great group of friends.
Chris, you and the boys did good keep up the good work.
Congratulations bro! Great group of people around you!!
Well the boys are out getting her done the gearbox is what it is as always enjoy your videos keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep watching
That gear box is the week point on them carts .
Hang in there !!!!
Looking good Chris! Trial run wasn’t too bad after all the work you did on everything, including a new to you grain cart! Keep up the good work!

Duffy you are doing good this 24 season.
You are definitely the big boy now. What an awesome feeling that must’ve been to watch your corn rolling out the driveway. Congratulations on a good start to 2024 corn harvest.
You’re a blessed man Duffy to have a good friends and high places
You know what it's good that you took the time to do the first test on on the combine and you're in the dirty bucket too
Thanks for the content
Great job guys !!
Great start, looks like good corn..nice Chris!😊
Looks like you could use a light inside your grain cart. Great bunch of guys like watching your channel.
A good start to the season duffy except for the gear box but have safe harvest things are really looking up Good Luck
Chris Robert and Issa great job there is always set backs but that's life
almost got crazy and started looking at farms to buy, decided to go play farm simulator 25, it was cheaper.

Good start. Shitty about the gearbox but now it will be new. Onward

New gear box, buggy should last a long time!
Keep on keeping on Chris
We always replaced the grease line with semi air line worked great
Great job Chris. I could see you were nervous

You need a grain buggy with a bigger auger the combine can almost shell corn faster than buggy unloads
Door was only half open...
How do you know it doesn’t have an indicator…
Well at least it wasn’t the harvester that broke down. Better the buggy gearbox than the harvester gearbox.
Would it be possible to replace the gears, bearings and seals for less money if the rest of gearbox is good? Those LED lights really make things so much brighter 👍
Fry equipment has been good with gearboxes

Maybe God will bless you with a new pole barn some day
Thanks for sharing Duffy, just through new bearings and seals in that angel gearbox and you will be good to go. They can look terrible and still be working. Take care.
Its apart fix it 😊 happy farming

First day was not bad Daffy
Good to see things rolling even with the parts that went into the grain buggy it was probably cheaper than a newer one
Good job on the combine good luck with the buggy
Open bottom sieve to 3/8" use a bolt to measure . Adjust top sieve down to keep stems and cobs out of sample. Will be close to 3/8" also.
Not a bad start to 2024 harvest Chris
As they say, a stitch in time, saves nine
You could of spent more on a grain buggy and ended up with the same issue that could cost more to fix
Yep anytime you're buying used equipment at an auction you can figure there was something wrong with it that's why it was there. So much nicer looking cart could still have the exact same problems. First day chaos
A new Auger and some new tires and wheel bearing and hell you have a new grain cart
Why's he need tires and a wheel bearing to fix a cooked gearbox?
BTO yes sir.
Call me petty but that black paint over the welds and plate on the cart drive me nuts!!!
Gotta make baby dinner....lol
way to go Isaiah
Congratulations on your harvest. It will help pay for the gearbox. Wrenching ahead👍👍👍
sucks the kw wasn’t able to be completed for the Harvest, but i would rather have it done right vs rushing the repairs
It should be done and put in this week and hoping the dump trailer lined up for it works out
@@DuffyAghow many semi trucks does one guy need?
@TravisDunlap-i5h more the better
@ why not have one nicer truck instead of 3 low quality one?
@TravisDunlap-i5h because they each have their own place. I wouldn't want a nice truck field spreading manure in corn stalks. Plus the 2 "low quality" ones just make money and keep going. So if it makes dollars it makes sense

You know the clip you put on that draw pin will pop off, much safer using a bolt w/locknut .
Isaah put a bungie cord on it
When do the pigs go to market? Bacon😊
They all went to his butcher friend.
Just wondering where all the haters are at that said the combine would never move again are
I'm curious to
probably under the bridge they call home. bunch of trolls
Right it's funny isn't it
The trolls are never around when shit goes good😂
Their away charging up the one brain cell, they share between them. 😂😂

you will not be there in two years
It's a grain cart for Christ's sake. Manufacturers call them carts not buggies!!
somebody please call 911, there may be a felony committed here ....."misnaming a farm implement" , 15 years, no chance of parol
You call it what you want everyone else will call it what ever they want...go drink a beer and chill dude.
Who cares it's a regional thing not exactly worth getting your feelings hurt and getting offended over
Don't u love the haters who have no skin in the game
