Hope she goes on her own path, after decent season 1 she ruined season 2 for me
I hope she leaves and never returns. Not because I don't like her because that can give the show runners the opportunity to bring a more popular titans character on to the show. We could have Arsenal, wally, blue beetle, cyborg, or wondergirl/Cassie sandsmark.
agree. like Hank I feel like her character is at the end and can't really evolve any further. and i really don't want to spend the rest of the season with her feeling guilty and self-destructive and whining "I killed him". Seeking revenge on Jason. And others trying to comfort her. Easier if she just left to work things out for herself. and then if she wants to return they can make that happen.
So Jason became a full-blown supervillain. This is the kind of shit that the Joker would do. Even before his character development in the comics, Red Hood had morals. He would never murder innocents, let alone kill another hero.
@@ZeePro-5054 Except he did. I meant in the comics. This Jason Todd always targeted and killed criminals, but he was smart about not hitting civilians.
I legit said moments before this, "they dont have the balls to kill off someone" I was in complete shock, actually had my jaw dropped. This is legit one of the sickest acts ever committed by a villian. Hats off to the titans crew Ps I dont know why Hank wasnt as close to conor building the device as possible just incase it got close to the wire like this. But otherwise great episode
I thought the gun would actually turn out to be the deactivator and that Jason was just trying to prove the Titans aren't heroes or some shit. This episode fucked me up. Made me like Hawk and then took him away.
Just finished episode 3 right now and just holy fuck I wasn't expecting that to happen AT ALL And judging from this. Red hood is gonna be completely different than the comic book version. Complete full blown villain psychopath, just WOW. I mean, I hate it. Red hood is one of my fav characters and it's so weird to see a different take on him where he's a full on bad guy but it's interesting and I wanna see how it turns out. and finding out that Alfred and Jim G. Are dead too. Damn that caught me off guard. Along with Barbra only having one leg as well. This universe is just BRUTAL
actually, they already mentionned at the end of season one that Gordon was dead, it's just that since this was during Trigon'S illusion, people thought this wa fake also, and Alfred, well considering that Bruce is old and alone, that was kind of a given (they seemed to have taken some cues from Batman Beyond in that regard, well that and Barbara being Gotham's Commisionner after Jim) and Red Hood, may i remind everyone that he started as a full-blown villain, it's just a little before the new 52 that he started to become an Anti-Hero, the New 52 is where they have Solidified his anti-hero status (probably one of the only good things to come out of the new 52)
You know, Dawn really should've realized Jason was playing her with the gun. Like, why would his master plan be "shoot me and save Hank" like it's some kind of saw trap. Clearly there was something shady behind the whole set up but I guess she really was that desperate to not see it.
Honestly he was portrayed pretty well, he just lost someone he looked at as his child, he got insulted by the ones who were supposed to be there, and held his pride, but pride has a breaking point, and he did what some so when they break
@ Thats understandable. This Bruce seems to be way way more hardened than most iterations. At the same time though it makes the way Dick was acting in the first season less edgy for the sake of edgy and way more reasonable. I think that this version of Bruce is an accurate portrayal, except just far less in tune with his emotions. Which resulted in his breakdown.
It had its moment. Either really good one, or really bad ones. Like the resolution to S1 cliffhanger in S2E1 .. that was really pathetic. But there also has been really great moments. Like everytime Conner acts like an innocent naive kid, or Dick escaping from prison. Hit and miss at the same time - yet S3 first three episodes have just been good to amazing overall.
This scene actually got me to cry like its such balls on a filmmaker to actually go through with something so intense yikes, so well done , im loving this season !
Theroy that makes sence:jason is acting like this cuase of scarcrow, how you may ask Remember when jason injected himself with the fear thingy???idk just a thought
Broke my heart and the look on Hanks face was heart wrenching even if they do revive him this is never going to not be a heartbreaking moment.(sorry for the use of double negatives)
Lets go back to the episode where Dawn blamed Jason for putting Elis picture in her room. She knew jason had no idea of who Eli was yet it was so easy for her to blame him and now he tricked her into killing him which was only a ruse to kill hank. Jason must have realized Dawn didnt use her head correctly when she s grief stricken and the saddest part is it s not really jasons fault that she makes stupid decisions.
Everything in this scene was so good. The acting was incredible, the plot twist, the relief when superboy got the device right and the heartbreak when the bomb exploded. Pure gold. Dawn at the end saying “what happened” always breaks me
This is actually a really good part of the story because knowing titans I thought they’d fuck it up somehow and everyone would walk away fine or something but they actually killed hank and that shot of conor super speeding in to the fire was amazing
i'm really disappointed, Hank was one of my favourites, he would always lighten up a scene and it was obvious that if she shot him the bomb would activate, i just didn't thought about the trigger in the gun, i just thought it was out of bullets and RH would press the trigger when she shot him

@@CS_GOD64 well that was less manipulation and more 'you have to decide'. Plus, that had a much bigger picture in mind, an end game. jason's plan was kinda perfect either way lol, either dawn pulls the trigger and kills hank thus having her own guilt eat at her and breed devision or she doesn't pull the trigger but she still stole the gold bars thus breaking the trust of the titans with gotham. and even if she didn't pull the trigger and he still died she still would have blamed herself, so basically jason couldn't lose

@@babytg93 i agree with you on that long time since we got a good villain
@@babytg93 they're going the post crisis era of red hood, in which he pretty much was a full villain with a Harley Quinn type of sidekick too. My emotions are all over the place. This scene is just soooo... Yeah, I have no words.
felt bad for Hank, he died a hero good for him, the couple are not perfect which is good for me as it means they are humans like us, but dawn she irritates the heck out of me, as she is the definition of hypocrite. the way she was mad at Hank for not calling her, I mean hello, like hank said oh so the rules are different for u and I, eh..
@@seulgibear1322 or she ends it
So Jason became a full-blown supervillain. This is the kind of shit that the Joker would do.
Even before his character development in the comics, Red Hood had morals. He would never murder innocents, let alone kill another hero.
He would never kill women or children, and besides the Titans were basically treating him like shit
@@ZeePro-5054 Except he did. I meant in the comics. This Jason Todd always targeted and killed criminals, but he was smart about not hitting civilians.
He not scared to kill another hero tho but at least he gotta code am I rt
I completely agree
He literally tried to kill Tim pre Flashpoint. Also damn it's only Episode 3. We don't even have his motives yet.
I legit said moments before this, "they dont have the balls to kill off someone" I was in complete shock, actually had my jaw dropped. This is legit one of the sickest acts ever committed by a villian. Hats off to the titans crew
Ps I dont know why Hank wasnt as close to conor building the device as possible just incase it got close to the wire like this. But otherwise great episode
Ok

This was extremely cruel on Jason's path, still not sure what he's trying to prove considering he's supposed to be Antihero.
Not yet
He will become an anti-hero afterwards not yet.
Not this version, in comics he meant to have one rule, No women or children are to be harmed also theory this is Scarecrows doing.
this is not faithful to the comics, forget it. Jason is like the Punisher, in Titans he looks like Joker.
He started as a villain
I did not expect them to do this and make it look insanely good....omg
I love these kinds of endings
I thought the gun would actually turn out to be the deactivator and that Jason was just trying to prove the Titans aren't heroes or some shit. This episode fucked me up. Made me like Hawk and then took him away.
Just finished episode 3 right now and just holy fuck I wasn't expecting that to happen AT ALL
And judging from this.
This universe is just BRUTAL
actually, they already mentionned at the end of season one that Gordon was dead, it's just that since this was during Trigon'S illusion, people thought this wa fake also, and Alfred, well considering that Bruce is old and alone, that was kind of a given (they seemed to have taken some cues from Batman Beyond in that regard, well that and Barbara being Gotham's Commisionner after Jim) and Red Hood, may i remind everyone that he started as a full-blown villain, it's just a little before the new 52 that he started to become an Anti-Hero, the New 52 is where they have Solidified his anti-hero status (probably one of the only good things to come out of the new 52)
When red hood first showed up in Grant Morrison's batman comics he was an absolute maniac, they seem to be pulling from that material
You know, Dawn really should've realized Jason was playing her with the gun. Like, why would his master plan be "shoot me and save Hank" like it's some kind of saw trap. Clearly there was something shady behind the whole set up but I guess she really was that desperate to not see it.
i see the writers are fans of injustice. very close in concept to what joker did to supes
Seeing him sing in his last few moments was brutal
NOOOO! not Hank! Fuck he was awesome. Jason is gone. At least Hank will get to see his brother.
Hey hank say hello to joker for me
@@jacksparrow2528 i understood that reference 😂
Think you
Revenge time
And Alfred too
Gonna be honest really wasn't fan of the first and second season but this season I'm actually liking it
The first two season had moments but slot of stumbles. But so far season 3 is making up for it.
@ honestly you’re right. Him having multiple candidates for Robin immediately after that was a disservice to the character. It was bs.
I was thinking Dawn is so stupid because she already saw the Jason tricked Hank 4 hours before, why would she believe him now😑
Desperation.
He took out both hawk ( dead) and dove (fugitive)
Damn you Jason or whoever doing it
Hey hank say hello to joker for me
Theroy that makes sence:jason is acting like this cuase of scarcrow, how you may ask
Remember when jason injected himself with the fear thingy???idk just a thought
I kind of agree with this because of the one episode of The New Adventures of Batman where his gas removed Bruce's fear
I agree with you
Broke my heart and the look on Hanks face was heart wrenching even if they do revive him this is never going to not be a heartbreaking moment.(sorry for the use of double negatives)
I thought he had a split personality or something but now like he just that fucking crazy and I love it
I think he does and someone is manipulating him
Lets go back to the episode where Dawn blamed Jason for putting Elis picture in her room.
The way she breaks down in his arms 🥲
I get that Hank was a jerk, but that was messed up, Jason.
Everything in this scene was so good. The acting was incredible, the plot twist, the relief when superboy got the device right and the heartbreak when the bomb exploded. Pure gold. Dawn at the end saying “what happened” always breaks me
I would have loved it if nightwing said "nice going dumbass" to dawn after Jason left.
This actually got me wow i thought it was just a generic "oh no he so close to death but luckly i can save him in time" but yeah you get the point
I gotta admit. All the titans members hate Jason since season 2 except Dick. I feel like Jason been through alot than them.
This is actually a really good part of the story because knowing titans I thought they’d fuck it up somehow and everyone would walk away fine or something but they actually killed hank and that shot of conor super speeding in to the fire was amazing
So no one is talking about Kyrpto actually being on the bed when hank blew up, cory forgot the dog
Krypto will be fine
the shot of Jason just watching them fight over the gun is funny as hell
This reminds me of the X MEN scene where Quicksilver saves all of the children out of the boarding house but Suberboy failed to rescue 1 individual !
Just because they're moving fast? Lol
You do understand why he fails to save hank right?
Quick Silver never Failed: his timing was just too late just like Connors!
Damn that’s crazy. The gun was the detonator the whole time.
i'm really disappointed, Hank was one of my favourites, he would always lighten up a scene
and it was obvious that if she shot him the bomb would activate, i just didn't thought about the trigger in the gun, i just thought it was out of bullets and RH would press the trigger when she shot him
yeah real obvious.........
Connor running to save Hawk gave some Smallville vybes
In my opinion, Hank deserved it because before this happened, he was incredibly mean to Jason so in my opinion, he had it coming
He deeply cared for Jason. He was the angriest person when Deathstroke was torturing him.
@@ralegade7710 true
Being mean doesn't mean you deserve to die

Scarecrow is definitely pulling some strings. The toxin Jason was using before he got crowbarred was definitely an anti-fear toxin. Between that and the lazarus pit, Jason is bat shit crazy. Lol he’s still hot though! 😂
Feels kinda weird having Red Hood as an outright villain rather than an anti hero
I am really happy how this season is turning out defentily better then the previous ones
That episode was insane, Titans fall..
And this is why jason todd is my favorite DC character
I laughed so hard when she pulled that trigger and killed hank 😭😭😂lmaoo here reaction was priceless I know it’s fucked up but still her impatience is what cause her mama death she herself killed him and the thing is now she can’t say anything about Dick not knowing death stroke would kill Jericho but still

Conner was so close all she had to do is wait and not let her emotions get to her
Ehhh Red Hood isn't much of a manipulator, he usually prefers to get his hands dirty so hopefully this is a one off.
But enjoying the early direction so far. Missing a component without batman but im keeping an open mind
He did try to manipulate Batman into killing him or he'd kill Joker.
Or some other messed up thing.
So yeah....but hopefully it is a one off. Too.....joker-ish not so much Red Hood..y
@@CS_GOD64 well that was less manipulation and more 'you have to decide'. Plus, that had a much bigger picture in mind, an end game. Trying to show batman that each time he leaves the joker alive, he's essentially killing someone else anyways. This just doesn't feel like it had a bigger picture in mind, at least not yet.
They all blamed and made fun of Jason this was a good way for Jason to get revenge
So who thinks Scarecrow is controlling Jason? Convinced him maybe to create an anti-fear serum, that's why he's so balls to the walls?
jason's plan was kinda perfect either way lol, either dawn pulls the trigger and kills hank thus having her own guilt eat at her and breed devision or she doesn't pull the trigger but she still stole the gold bars thus breaking the trust of the titans with gotham. and even if she didn't pull the trigger and he still died she still would have blamed herself, so basically jason couldn't lose
I love the new writers this season, at the start of the scene and asks him where the detonator is and he says “right in-font of you” and she sees the gun
Saw this episode today. I had the same shocked expression for like a minute. This scene was great with the suspense and showing us the new Jason. He's no longer the reckless douche we saw in S1 and S2. He's a mastermind who will even kill his former teammates.
It's because of that Break up with Rose that's why Jason became like Her Father
I like how people who were complaining about Batfleck doesn't say anything about this show.
Who else cried? ✋
Bruh, I’ve been watching Batman and his villains closely and I can tell this has Scarecrow all over it.
I’m going to miss Hank 😭 God this season is going to be good
Ok
At first I thought Joker would have been proud. Now I am starting to wonder if Joker would have been jealous.
They needed kid flash since time pause when they run the moment beast boy said go time would pause at that second and he would had save him before beast boy could had told nightwing and before she pulled the trigger
Red hood is pretty badass so far
I hated season 1 and 2. But the first 3 episodes of this season is giving me hope
Season 1 was dope imo ending was a bit meh but it was pretty good
Season 2 was a not that good compared to 1
Season 3 was a bit better than 2 not that great aswell
(My opinion)
I like the fact that Jason was testing Dawn making her think it be the only way to save Hank but anger got the best of her getting Hank killed
Jason: "You just blew him."
Dawn: "Yeah, we are a couple. Sometimes I do that... Valentines Day, anniversary. With this whole detonator situation I wanted him to cool of a little. I even wear my Dove outfit someti..."
Dick: "Not what Jason meant."
Dove: "....What?"
Dick: *via com;* "Garth? How is the situation?"
Garth: "Yeah.... He went of." *Gives the com to Connor*
Dove: "What?"
Connor: "... Hank... He... He...went of in my face. Right in my face. It's hot and sticky and it's all over it... it's in my eyes even.. Oh, Oh my god! Krypto is licking some of it up."
Dove: "...."
Connor: "And the bed is totally ruined, by the way."
Jason: "Shit, sometimes it's a shame to not be the Joker." *Hears his theme playing* "Oh, time to vanish. Could you guys look in another direction? For one second or two? Please?"
The best scene till now!
I feel like Scarecrow has something to do with the drug he was taking.
Fear toxin of some sort. I think so too.
thank goddddddd. I was honestly so sick of their relationship. by far the most tragic death yet
I have absolutely hated Titans, but I gotta say I am so happy with this live action Red Hood adaptation. It's everything I could have hoped for and Curran Walters is killing it as Jason.
Well bloody done Red Hood he learned that from Joker I bet
How come they didn't feel this way when Jason died? How come they were going around and blaming him for his death? Im sorry but I dont feel sorry for the titans. And I feel like Jason becoming Red hood is forced, and is forcing us to hate him.
Starfire didn't know him tho, she knew hank

Unpopular opinion: Red hood can’t be blamed. Dawn was the one who killed him by trying to kill jason. Jason wouldn’t let hank die if dawn did the right thing but dawn didn’t therefore she was punished. It’s the type of thing a antihero would do not a supervillain
Dude Jason attached a Bomb to Hank‘s Heart which eventually blow him up, and you are saying Red Hood can’t be blamed?

Even if that gun was real. Redwood was wearing a suit of armor, I mean if she would have aimed for the head, chances are Redhood would had dodge the bullet or something. So shooting Redhood with a pistol would have been useless
