Got one idea while thinking about to order one: While in studio, you may need to charge the iPhone while recording. If you have plugged in some microphones, you'll only be able to charge wireless. So why not mount the iPhone on an Apple Magsafe Charger? A "RAM MOUNTS BALL adapter for APPLE MAGSAFE" holds the magsafe charger in place having a ballmount, which can be used with any smallrig ballmounts.
