Allison DuBois steps Behind The Rope. Yes THAT Allison DuBois from THAT Dinner Party from Hell. THE Dinner Party from Hell. RHOBH. The most infamous dinner party in ALL of Housewives History. Okay, Allison is much more than an e-cigarette and letting Housewives know when their husbands will never emotionally fulfill them. Today, we chat with Allison about her gift of seeing and communicating with the dead - where she first realized she had this gift, her parents' / friends' / societies’ reaction to this gift and how she decided to use it to help bring rapists, murderers and other violent criminals to justice. This career, and her 6 New York Times best selling books, led her to Kelsey Grammer, who decided to make a TV show based on her life. Allison talks Medium, Patricia Arquette, the Emmys, giving up control in Hollywood and the highs and lows of fame. Of course, Kelsey led to Camille and Camille let to one of the most iconic scenes in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', or any franchise’s history cementing Allison as one of the most talked about Housewives’ cameos in Bravo history!

I saw Allison several years ago in Philadelphia. Her energy was unbelievable! I have known my entire life that I felt or sensed things that others didn’t. My Grandfather was my best friend and I knew the exact minute he passed. I waited for my Mom to call and I said “4:32 (am)” before she spoke. She was shocked when I said that but admitted that was when he passed. I asked him the previous night to please stop and see me on his way to Heaven and he did. I didn’t see him but woke up because I felt his presence beside my bed. It was so beautiful. Thank you to Allison for validating that when I saw her later on. No one in my family, except my Grandmom, has ever believed me ❤️

"To Return to Heaven in This Life
      Millions of years we traversed
      Passing through countless planes above
To await the Creator we descended to this world
Who at time’s end forges all of creation anew
And spreads Dafa, the Great Way, to save all
Most human lives are divine beings incarnate
Suffering this world, awaiting the destined day
Let not modern thought blind your sight
Atheism and evolution do nothing but deceive
Destiny has guided you through many lifetimes
All for your return to Heaven in this life
      August 31, 2018"

I'm a medium when I found out my guides just told me I didn't go to a funeral. That triggered it. Nothing triggered it . It just happened

When my grandpa died my mom and I both without knowing the other one was doing it, we kept smelling his tobacco from his pipe and one day I had said to my mom what kept happening and the look on her face was just priceless because she said I have been doing that too and didn’t wanna say anything because I thought it sounded crazy. It’s funny because even now at 52 when I smell cherry tobacco I think of him. I live in Vegas so it’s not uncommon to have someone actually smoking a pipe which is probably almost obsolete anywhere else.
David, do you ever feel like you wasted time & money on school and then not practicing? I just never cared for school and couldn’t imagine going through that many years of college but I know a lot of people do that, where they go to college for one thing and then end up not doing it. My daughter is one of them. She actually was going to school for law and ended up taking a job in mortgage, she continued her schooling but afterwards she was making so much money doing mortgages that she didn’t want to leave it. I guess that’s why am asking is I’m wondering if you ever regret it because I’m afraid she will one day, you know?

the thing is - I use my degree EVERY day - cause I get people to answer these questions that no matter what the answer is its gonna be SOMETHING - that is law school and I do not see any other podcast - not a single one - in the pool culture or bravo space that is able to do that so I really dont. it teaches you how to think. if that makes sense

    • @mommashawna707
      @mommashawna707 Рік тому

@@behindthevelvetrope no that totally makes sense. I mean I have said to my daughter I do understand that it has made her a well-rounded person and she actually knows what she’s talking about when she has an argument lol Also that is true, I haven’t seen any other podcast or video that looks at things the way you do and knows things like you do. I have heard several others say many times we’re going to have to ask so-and-so or I’ll have to look into this because they don’t know the law and surprisingly the real housewives get into it quite a bit and knowing the law is quite helpful. Thanks for talking me through this. Even when your kids move out you still worry, the worrying never ends.
