When I the title "quality control" I expected to see some talk about. Certified welders. QC staff having some training....like a CWI, Consumable control. Development of PQRs, following a WPS, welding schedules. Im glad to see the hold points and the post welding clean up.
Diamond C really pushes the "Eng beam", it would be nice to see what goes it to that.

On your hdt winch mount i request that a hinge should be mounted on the winch plate. That way when the bed is tilted and you are winching the winch can lift itself to the level of the tilt deck hight. Doing that you are not pulling down on the deck so much. My hdt did not come with a winch plate so I built one with a hinge mount plate and took off about 95 percent of the down force on the tilt deck.

So when a trailer is ordered about how long does it take to build and shipped to the dealer for customer pick up

Hey Mike! A lot of factors determine shipping such as dealer and demand but usually 6-8 weeks from order to delivery.
