As much as I know he didn't die, he was kept in artificial coma. I stood right next to the fire as it happened though I only recognized it when he was already in the fire. So can't say whether he jumped or fell.

I guess you are reporting of my closwe friend Johannes, who was brought to hospital and stayed in an atrificial coma for 2 weeks.
