I’m going through a stressful life transition. I don’t deal with insomnia, thank God, but I love listening to ASMR audios to help relax me before sleep, so I’ll be looking forward to this tonight. Thank you, JC!
I always need a reassurance at night to help me getnto sleep like audios like this helping me to calm and relax at night to get me slowly into a kinda restful sleep or also a noise of listening to an audio of someone who is asleep breathing asmr or a claming noise works too.xx Always appreciate what u do Cardlin.xx 💙🐻😌🛏🐻💙
fell asleep to this so naturally last night, thank you Cardlin! 💕 the funny part is that i woke up at 2am wondering why my phone was still on and where my airpod went 😂
I don't know what has happened, but ever since I got back from my vacation, I've seemingly gotten insomnia. It's not jetlag or because of timezones, I was in the same timezone as I normally am, but I am starting to detest not being able to fall asleep until I literally pass out at around 5-6am.
