Philadelphia is the birthplace of the United States and we had an incredible time exploring the historic sights. Philly has done a marvelous job in recreating iconic places such as Benjamin Franklin's home and workshop and the first Presidential Home - both of which are the shadow properties we visited.
    Elfrith's Alley was amazing!
Laying eyes not only on the Liberty Bell but also on historic Independence Hall has Cat in tears. It was magical.
Sadly, on the day we visited, (a Monday) many museums weren't open but we still had a magnificent time.
    Top Tips
We spent $30 for the entire day in Philly. Here's how we did that
    📌 Parking - $20
    📌 Christ Church Cemetery - $5 each
📌 We didn't eat lunch and everything else was free!
📌 Book tickets for Independence Hall early, but visit later in the day
    📌 Wear good sturdy shoes
    📌 Take water
📌 Use the GPS my City App (link above) so you don't miss anything.
📌 Ask a local if you wish to eat lunch! We did this in New York (video coming soon) and we hit the jackpot.
Note: This amount doesn't include the sandwiches we had much later in the day at Genos LOL

Amazing tour! Enjoyed your video and touring a place I have not visited (but now it’s on my to-do list). So exciting to actually see places and things outlined in history books. Thank you
