As soon as winter approaches, the most popular delicacy and street food among the people of Pakistan is Fish either in the form of fried, grilled or curry. Every city of Pakistan has its unique fish recipe and cooking style. Among all other famous fishes in Pakistan one of the popular fish point is in Abbottabad known as Fareed Ullah fish. @@Gpl-fq5wh Well the exact location is salhad near Al zaitoon nursery which is about 15 minutes drive from Abbottabad city.If you are coming from islamabad side on hazara expressway , take exit from havelian interchange then in 4 to 5 minutes you would reach faridullah fish.....or simply ask someone the people are very hospitable""

FareedUllah fish is in the area of Salhad on national highway in abbottabad
Both of their fish varieties Grilled and Fried are just super delicious..
I like fried more than grilled.
If you are traveling through motorway, then you have to take exit from Havelian/Abbottabad interchange and travel towards Abbottabad on national highway and after 5 mins you will find the fish point on your left..

Really its a great spot for fish lovers on the way between Haripur and Abbottabad, especially during winter season.
But one thing which could improve the taste more, that is they should bring smaller fishes instead of these big size, as they are less tasty as compared to younger/smaller..

I had visited Swat, Naraan, Kaghan, Saful Malook Lake and Thandiani in 1993 and 1999 for two times. Fish is my most favourite dish. But i had not information of this kind at that time. But in Swat i had the opportunity to eat Trout Fish. In 1999 Trout fish was 500 Rs per Kg. From Germany
