Now THATs a real rocket ship....thank you for reminding us that our current drive to achieve proficiency in space and to become a space-faring civilization owes much to those fantastic imaginings as awkward and unrealistic as they might appear to us now. Dreams have impact. Cheers.
🤡 also is this completely silly
Fueled Zarkovium.
PS There is a gentleman from either Romania or Bulgaria that designs and sells 1/32nd scale card models. That's card as in paper. Of various aircraft. Very well designed. His last name is ZARKOV!😊
This rocket is not real.
I love you Hazegrayart, but we only have 14 hours to save the Earth.
Dude what make you think we had 14 hours to save earth?
@@user-vq6fd3bb6y It is a reference to the movie Flash Gordon (1980)
Gordon's alive?!
Fabulous work
What a trip! Retracing the steps of Voyager I´s Grand tour, then to Gargantuan and beyond, ending with a landing on the ringed Mongo. And all this riding one of the first SSTO, fully reusable, man-rated, sparks-driven, interplanetary spacecraft.
Great video: Loved the choice of rocket ship movements, in the same rudimentary way of the 1936 original serial starring Buster Crabbe.
It would be deliciously poetic if, when humanity invents a drive that can move us anywhere in deep space, the rockets end up bouncing around like they are on strings in old sci-fi movies.
Got tired of the usual NASA stuff? What a delightful departure from 'reality'. Decades ago I assembled the Herb Deeks resin kit of this subject. You've brought the joy of that experience back to me. Thanks. Love your work! Zarkov was European -- who would have guessed.
Oh my goodness, what fun!
Hazegrayart, this is a new level. It’s like I’m watching science fiction from the 60s and 70s, but for some reason the picture is gorgeously detailed and in color. Thank you so much for your creativity! Сognition and creation are the only goals for humanity
02:01 The car sound effect for the space ship is so authentic Flash Gordon! Whole thing is well done!
Well done.
Would love to see you do a video for the ISV Venture Star for sci-fi, and the Orion Nuclear Battleship for spacecraft concepts (Perhaps we could potentially see a combat scenario for the Battleship?).
Perhaps "Michael" from Footfall by Pournell & Niven?
I remember this Flash Gordon on TV. Really needed the rasp ad the smoke going up even in space :D Thanks!
impressive delta-v
Other than the asteroids being too close together, (I assume because they didn't know any better when Flash Gordon was created), another excellent render. Possibly a render of the interior next time? Thanks!❤😂
Bro I seen your all vedios,ur outstanding,yr editing is mind-blowing ❤❤❤❤
What great mix, combining 1930's seminal screen sci fi with Kubricks zenith, one must have influenced the other.
A very minor quibble is that you weren't able to use the original F G rocket ship 'electric rasp' sound effect.
You are an excellent creator thank you so much.
Loop a big ships horn and you have the sound-effect. What?... you can't get a copy of Swann Lake????
Just . . . fantastic! Absolutely fantastic!!!
loved it
..And not even scratched! 💪 😄
Beautiful! Great idea!
Did you do the S.S. Botany Bay from Star Trek? If not, that would be cool to see.
Wow😮!! What a video pearl❤ Smart to use the central black hole for traveling far far away…😅
That was well done and it was fun!
I love hard sci-fi.
"Flash, I love you. But we only have 14 hours to save the Earth!"
"You've saved your Earth. Have a nice day!"

All right, just a moment here.
I want a show of hands.
Who expected to see THIS, here?
The amazing, just, keeps, coming.
Спасибо.
Still my favorite rocketship of all time. Background music should be either the title music from The Invisible Man or the suite from Bride of Frankenstein. Both were used on the serial.
It would be nice to see the Fhloston paradise space shuttle from the Fifth Element.
I grew up watching Flash Gordon as a kid, seems like 60 years ago!
DIVE!!
I like that the engine exhaust has smoke and sparks like the original.
The starship from the movie Passengers is very beautiful.
so beautifully done!
Best ever.
So good. Well done!
That was beautiful!! Can we get one of the proposed Black Horse SSTO vehicles with air to air oxidizer tanking?
! Homage to Interstellar and 2001, AND Flash Gordon accurate?!?! Well done Haze.
I never thought that Interstellar and 2001:A Space Odyssey could be improved, but here we are. If only YT would allow the vital: FLASH! AAAAHH-HAAAAAAHH! doer of the impossible!
I miss the smoke that curls upwards 🤗
WILD !!!
7-'s vibe - awseome
I meant 70's vibe 🙂
@@GerardHammond Flash Gordon is from the 1930s.
Love vintage scifi!! The limited scientific knowledge of the day really gave writers so much more creative leeway. We know landing gear with spats would never be practical, but SO much a product of the era.
Oh hell yeah I'm for this
Needs the electric sounding sizzle and pop from the rocket engines. Just like the serials. These were a Sunday morning staple on WGN out of Chicago when i was but a wee lad. Along with Clutch Cargo and Space Angle in the afternoons.
With an Asteriod Belt like that there would never be any missions past Mars. And the craters on Mars should have been no surprise given how much closer it is to the Belt and what was known of its atmospheric density.
Прекрасная работа, как и всегда. Жду ракету Циолковского.
What seem's to me incredible is that NASA has not yet tested Dr. Zarkov's concept. Just look at the video, it is very cool.
I was waiting for the "Flash Gordon" music by Queen ;-)
May I suggest a visualization of Helva, The Ship Who Sang? Anne Maccaffrey had some nice details. I could see this being your first music video😎
isn't it nice for some extrasolar Enemy to threaten Earth only then when the Planets are in a conjunction so we can pass the other Planets neatly? :D
Do Rocket XM next since that looks so much like Starship.
I dunno. Might as well take a skateboard to the Marianas Trench. But as long as you're at it, the USS Palomino (from the Disney movie) over the supermassive at the center of galaxy M87 would be real neat.
With Starship coming online, I'm shocked how accurate these authors and cartoonists were almost a century ago.
it's more the starship being kinda a meme
Where is that band playing from in space???
Now we need Tsyolkovsky rocket
I love how this rocket have infinite fuel
It's the first time I haven't watched a video of yours to the end
...How about doing the UK's 'Dan Dare's' swing wing spaceship Anastasia'..?
I had forgotten how the ship would go through asteroid fields with the rocks bouncing off its surface!
Do the 30s Buck Rogers next
I seem to remember the vehicle was protected by a “Resisto-Force” system which explains how it shunts asteroids aside.
Isn’t that the spaceship from Just Imagine?
👍
OK. This will challenge you: The VICTORY from, Lords of the Starship. From launching to burning and sinking in the Tyne-delta. Scaling that seven-mile-long ship to the Yards, Westwatch and periphery would be an eyeful.
Flash! AAAAAAH AAAAAAAH!
Strange object imaged in the imperial vortex.
😎
is that a photoscanned enviroment?
*_"FLASH! AH-AHHHHH..."_*
The worlds most famous "Galaxy rated" Airstream! 😂
Kudos on honoring "period" effects 👍👍
Not your best CGI. Hell, I couldn't even see the strings!😀
They don’t build ‘‘em like they used to. Nice change of pace, maybe time for a few Martian tripods to show up…
The only spacecraft fueled by sparklers.
This proves that Elon Musk watched too much Flash Gordon growing up. After seeing this, I'll never get the image of SpaceX's Starship being the descendent of this ship.
Yeah, I remember seeing him talk about his disappointment that they couldn't make the classic three-fin design work for Starship... he really wanted that retro-rocket look, but it just wasn't going to be practical.
You gotta be too young to remember this one.
I heard of Flash Gordon but not this rocket
Candygram for Mongo!
😂😂😂, что там у вас "КУРЯТЬ"
Yo-outstanding travel! talk to you soon- Hazegryaart-
Hahaha
この惑星に到着した地球人は、宇宙服を使用しないと死んでしまう。
Whoa anti-phisics vehicle. 🤦♂️
He is running out of content😂
Oh, no. He’s just getting started… 😅
There's a certain set of old coffin dodgers who grew up watching reruns of the old black and white Flash Gordon on weekend kids TV. Needs more electric buzz on the exhaust note.
Что за мультики с стиле АНАЛОГОВНЕТОВ!!!!
Не нравится-не смотри
