Thank God and His goodness that His pleasure in me is not based on MY performance in any way....but on what Christ has already accomplished completely and my faith in Christ is what God is pleased with!! His ways are so much higher and greater and better than ours!! He's not like us. He loves us unconditionally and is pleased with us because we trust in Jesus Christ!! HUGE AMEN!!! This was indeed a very beautiful post! I'll be honest and admit that I've often very often at times caught myself doing things out of an obligatory mindset and I repent of that here and now in Jesus name. Sometimes I wonder if maybe I do what I do to have a pat on the back or a high five from other brothers and sisters in Christ and I don't want to do that I want to share truth because I want to share the truth because it's the truth of God not to be seen by others not to be getting high fives or whatever. Keep me in your prayers about this! This was definitely something I needed to see. God bless you!
