Hey just wanted to say thank you for this video it was well explained on ways to diagnose what the problem could be and how to test everything I’ve been dealing with this problem for months and now I feel I can confidently fix this problem. Every other video I’ve seen seriously lacks Explaining it as well you did. I was literally so close to getting rid of damn thing and buying my mother a different vehicle . So I wouldn’t have to hear the constant complaining about the windows, not working. God bless you good sir.
Typical failed doorjamb boot pass-thru wiring :/ Most have no idea how to properly use butt connectors. I prefer bellcaps and NEW window regulators for ~$35 :)

Also, take the winder motors apart and check the carbon brushes. Both my rear windows are now working after I replaced the very worn brushes.
I should’ve done that instead of pulling from the JY.

Where did you ring the wiring diagram?
Wiring diagram found in the factory service manual.
even the Haynes has the diagrams...I have been trying to wear mine out chasing wires, lol
I haven’t seen the Haynes manual but it sounds pretty thorough.
Where did you get the door insulation?
Through Amazon. Named Siless. Get the roller as well. I used it on floor and roof as well as all doors.
