Outcome judging by there looks doesn’t define them it defines you never looked down on people by their skin color cause being racist gets you nowhere because of Jill’s actions she lost her job and was blacklisted and no one wanted to work with her leela reported to her father about Jill’s actions in the company and made a strict rule that racism is not allowed in the business

I think it doesn't matter who your employee is. Personally I think profesionalism is a important thing and money is the most important language in buissiness. Being professional and having a high productivity rate are important for a company.
