I've been listening to skitz for about 8 years now and I genuinely love watching people reacting to his music. Between the mixed emotions people get from his work. It's genuinely intriguing to watch people do deep dives into the artwork and styling and messages he puts in his music.
His song "that's all" is where he starts telling his story when he is first in the ward. From there it's him telling about his experiences in life while dealing with mental health.

I highly highly recommend you go down the Skitz Kraven rabbit hole and start out w his old stuff.. The storylines you’ll start finding in different songs are incredible. And I think w your perspective on just this song… Girl you’ll be able to write a novel of thoughts, theories etc on his different storylines.
And again this is the first video of yours I’ve seen and within the first 1-2 minutes I hit that subscribe button!! I’m looking forward to watching your previous videos and can’t wait to see some of your next stuff. And again I’d love to hear your feedback on more of Skitz content. Maybe do a few of his songs that put together a story.

What a great reaction! I think your insights were excellent. sKitz Kraven is fantastic, and nobody does it like him. His lyrics, rap skills, storytelling, and video production is off the charts. You have to listen to some of his earlier music, like the song Mr. Rogers and a few others…. The bit about him killing the family of 3…. The Roger’s…. That was his old therapist
Like I said in a previous comment, he literally tells a story through the music & some songs tie everything together and you learn more and more.

I ADORE Skitz. He tells a story, a very interesting story, in every rap he does. I get the impression that he uses his music as a journal of sorts? Like therapy. I personally feel as if I learn more about him, his mental health struggles etc w each song I hear.
And even though he may be put into that horrorcore rap genre, for me it’s still next level compared to some of the old school horrorcore I’ve heard.
In a way, he gives people a safe space to explore & express those negative thoughts and feelings that we all have had at one time or another. And not just about self harm but also about taking anger out on others. Of course I don’t mean figuratively taking that anger out…. Hopefully y’all get what I’m tryna say.
Either way, this man is extremely talented and on a level all his own. ❤
