“Folding in” is not mixing it, just LIGHTLY “folding” the mix into the other to you don’t damage the Lightness/fluff of the mixture that you’re folding in.😊 looks so yummy!!!

Also, I don't know if 4 days ago was *May, 1* in America, I live in Britian/Scotland, The weather is not as good here :(. We also had a home made cake on my Birthday celebration!
