Was there a reason that first cop was SOOOO aggressive over a petty jaywalking ticket?? Lol then his obviously incompetent ass fired multiple shots 1 handed...... NOBODY with half a brain would do that! Lol I REALLY hope that cop was pulled from the streets and sent back to training!!! This ALL could have been avoided if he used his supposed de-escalation skills, which he CLEARLY doesn't have, care about, or intend to ever use. Cops like this make ALL cops look like shit!! I hope you see/care about that SAPD.
People like you are so oblivious and know nothings it’s laughable. How do you think people with warrants are caught.. how do you think people with drugs are found. No one was going to give anyone a J Walker ticket. But it gives officers a chance to make sure he doesn’t have a warrant for assault, family violence, narcotics possession, ETC. Obviously he was a sketchy guy with a gun.

No. For pulling a gun on officers. Criminal up to no good, as evidenced by his refusal to obey simple commands initially. An innocent person would have complied, likely a warning and move on with their day. And when a perp draws a weapon on an officer, yes, the entire point is to stop the threat. There are protocols for minimum shots to be fired, and multiple responding officers. Only morons pull a firearm on officers.

I was in my neighborhood, there are no cross walks. Don't think I even was anywhere near the officer when I crossed. He was way down the street. He hit the lights and sirens drove up on us on the wrong side of the road and let us know he was talking to us by using a loud speaker, the officer's vehicle was equipped with. He berated us and when I pointed out to him there are no cross walks, I was told not to backtalk him or he'll get my parents involved.

I don’t normally play this card but he probably has a tiny penis.
Or, here's an idea, the suspect could have complied when given a lawful order and then not pulled a gun on cops
This could of been handled better the officer needed to be calmer and WAY MORE respectful oh wait it's SAPD
man you comment on all these videos huh

1. It's a magazine, not a clip 2. He was shot because he pulled out a gun, not because he was jaywalking
For jaywalking weird

0:48 Suspect is running away from the officer.
Over crossing the street. This is incredibly sad and tragic. Shouldn't have happened like this.
Edited footage needs to be considered tampering with evidence.
A publicly released video isn’t evidence, genius.
We’re not the judge or jury’s I’m sure any police can video presented in court is unedited
