Pissed me off for the longest time this dude didn’t feel appreciated at Florida. He was SO good. Yes Tebow was a legend in the waiting…but Chris Leak carved out his own legacy as a great Gator QB.

Leak's ball was art in motion. One of the best throws you could ask for.
When people talk about UF's QB's, we always hear about Steve, Danny and Tim but we hardly ever hear about Chris. Chris won us a Natty, yet we never hear about him. Leak is, IMO, the most underrated QB in Gator history and possibly CFB history. A great player who doesn't get his due.

Razorback fan but Chris Leak one of my favorite all time players
Good to see Chris Leak. Dude was one of my favorite Gator QB's. I always thought he had a nice touch with his throws and threw a beautiful deep ball. I knew he was criticized alot during that '06 season, but he shut the critics up in the tile game when defeated the Heisman Winner Troy Smith and The Buckeyes.

Saw him working out in the summer here in Charlotte right before Urban's first year
My HS played his for the state title. We gave them the best game and honestly should have beat them.

Ali was spot on with her saying Leak has thrown the prettiest ball since 2003 and that Lagway has the ability to eclipse him. Spot on.
Chris Leak one of the best quarterbacks ever to play at Florida. He was robbed of the Heisman Trophy.
Great guest as usual Ali! Leak beat national champ LSU on the road as a freshman. The current OL won't allow that but would be nice if DJ upset the national champ (UGA, TX) as a freshman. Zook recruited premier talent.

Couldn't disagree more about losing a coach. SO? That's life. I've worked where a well-liked manager or supervisor got dismissed. We still had to come to work and do our jobs. Feeling bad for the person is something you do on your off time. You talk about it with friends at work when you're on break. You might go visit them and offer your support. On your off time. After work. When you're at work you continue to do your job to the best of your ability even if it was your husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, who got canned.

Chris deserves all of the praise he is getting here, True Gators legend but here we go again. Ali finding a way to do her thing. Ohhh theres a chance , the team can improve blah blah blah. No they cant, No they wont why, Billy Napier is the coach. The team is terrbile. A win at Miss. St. Means absolutely nothing at all . A win only delays the inevitable. Fire Billy now and move on to next season.

What he is saying about hiw to use the quarterbacks is not what y'all were screaming about after week 2. I love DJ and was a the game he started, but Graham should be the guy regardless and DJ gets time in certain packages of the game. Should have never done this series on off thing or started him like everyone wanted. Love Chris Leaks insight as that was how I felt about it. Great interview Ali

I hate that Leak gets overshadowed so much by Tebow. We would never have won that 2006 title without Chris Leak. He hasn't gotten the credit he deserves. He is still UF's all-time leading passer!
We got to beat a big dog! Mississippi State is a below average team that should be a win for the gators. Picking up a win on the road against them will be a good jump start for confidence but we got to knock out a big dog to gain a little respect again! Note: No team fears the gators anymore!! A lot has to get fixed and I just don't know if things will in 1 week to prepare for those cow bells. I got a little hope left in me. Go Gators! Get it done!

Play Mertz as long as he is the hot hand. BUT if the pass protection is bad you need Lagway's escapability to win. Let DJ practice the RPO he will use next year.

the mentality of the team when Chris was with the gators was totally different. Napier has lost this locker room. there is no fire and fight in this team. Add on the fact that we have the worst offensive line in the SEC going into the third year speaks volumes as to the approach this coaching staff has taken since they have been in Gainesville

Offensive rhythm is best achieved by playing one quarterback. Timing is better coordinated.
What yall think bout LJ, Jackson, Collins and I'll let yall pick the remainder because I don't know that one. Lol. But what yall think? Yall can feel free to make your own D line list as well. We tried Slackman, I think he can be in rotation.

Why isn't leak coaching our qb's? I don't even know who coaches our qb's. Probably Napier, that's another problem
Two things need fixed before to end of the season NIL and being able to transfer without any punishments for those who just jump around.
Right now UF's offensive identity is a porous O line.
