This is SO much simpler than other versions I've seen. And the flower has depth and I don't have to figure out what to do about the center. Saved & will rewatch video for next paper flower project.

I looked through many videos, yours is the easiest I have seen, and thank you so much for the free template..The only downside I see, is how high the rose is when finished..Other tutorials have the flowers flat. I am making this to fit on top of my granddaughters birthday cake, with a fondant piece wrapped around the bottom so I can actually cut out some of the middle of the cake to place it lower. I hope it works. I am a baker and I usually do gumpaste flowers but one this large will crack and break. Will see how it goes 😊
