Tanya Roberts best bond girl ever RIP and Rodger Moore best bond ever RIP see you in spirit world beautiful song a classic came out 1985 and still great today 2021
One of John Barry’s incredible talents is to take a propulsive, driving theme and turn it into something very soft and wistful. He did this with “Goldfinger”, “Thunderball”, OHMSS and others.
Christopher Walkin: best bond villain Roger Moore: best bond John Barry: only man capable of composing such great music for bond films, and to be admire by all bond fans.
R.I.P. Rog....from one friend to another I am selling...MAYBE trading it... as you requested yrs ago ""The Empire Emerald"" ....actually im trading it a museum
john barry died this year? ohhhhh. i didn't know that. :( when i was homeschooled, i used to do my own ballet to this song as pe. i was about 11. later, i used to sit in front of the record player, this on a 45, trying to play my flute along with the flute solo. i was around 12 then. rest in peace, john barry. why is that when composers for films and narrators for moives die, no one seems to notice. don lafontaine dies and john barry dies, and one hears virtually nothing about it.
Musical scores are tragically overlooked by many people. Not seen as important, when in fact they are a vital part of any film and can greatly affect the storytelling.
Masterpiece from the maestro! Cant believe Tanya Roberts has gone-R.I.P. XX
How John Barry can take a pop song by Duran Duran and turn it into this moving and beautiful piece is just incredible. What imagination and talent.
John Barry wrote the song for Duran Duran
@@StevenOBrien Yep, you can really hear it.
This subtle theme at different points in the movie was the best. Loved it at the very end.
Best soundtrack in the series.
Only John Barry could bring so much class to a song like this.
John Barry's music is pure class❤
This piece makes me remember things I've never experienced.
Unforguetable, I have this song, in acetatate version from 1985, it's like angelical music.
Gorgeous theme - one of the best from Barry.
RIP Tanya
LOVE THIS SONG LOVE THIS FILM MY FAVORITE ROGER MOORE FILM
Another one of my favorite scores. The flute sets it off. And Sir Roger was my favorite.
I first noticed the opening of this piece in the scene on the little bridge over the pond, with Tanya Roberts looking a the water
Top of all James Bond music scene moments.
My favorite Bond movie, favorite Bond soundtrack, and my favorite Bond.. Roger Moore!
The best. Thats all. Thank you for the memories John

Amazing 🤩
Absolutely brilliant what more can you say
Beautiful
John Barry, simplesmente magnífico. Ele se foi, mas deixou obras extraordinárias como esta juntamente com Simon Lee Bon do Duran Duran.
british class no body does it better
Christopher Walkin: best bond villain
Roger Moore: best bond
John Barry: only man capable of composing such great music for bond films, and to be admire by all bond fans.
Christopher Walken: best Bond villain
Sean Connery: best Bond
John Barry: best soundtrack for a Bond film
@@GeminiNightOwl I didn't know Sean Connery was in "A view to a kill"
@@FoxoFoxo He wasn't. Sean Connery's last Bond Film was 1983's "Never Say Never Again".
Nicely done.
Wow
John Barry is awesome
There's a video of the bassist from Duran Duran explaining the song.
John Barry Is James Bond ! John Barry's Music will "Echo An Eternity" long after 007 becomes obscure trivia.
It has not felt like Bond to me ever since the Barry scores are no more. He truly completed the character with his music.
this movie reminds me of a Disney movie
beautiful. ¥*

Roger moore is a saint
Zorin : Im happiest.......*on* UA-cam ! *grins*
Loved his delivery of that line.
Lol good one. Love Walken in this movie!
I love how the artwork for the film doesn't have much resemblence to the scene in the film.
This is nothing compared to FYEO in which Bond most definitely doesn't encounter a 100ft woman with a great arse holding a gigantic crossbow.
Grace Jones was great and Tonya Roberts was great in this movie a classic
Love the scene in the movie where this is played.
Ah, sarcasm!
