Hey Durban I totally agree about Thor Ragnorok. The movie had a lot of heavy themes that were completely ruined by the endless jokes and gags. As far as Justice League I actually have it much higher than all u guys lol Its flawed but a lot of fun for me. Just a suggestion for a future 31 on 31. U could do a Sci Fi addition with these classic franchises that actually add up to 31 ( Alien, Predator, Terminator, Robocop And Planet Of The Apes) I think that would be an epic ranking

@@ChrisDurban Yeah, his sacrifice made people realize how Superman truly was. I didn't really have any problems with the death of Superman (tbf, I have pretty much no problems with Snyder's DC movies lol). It worked for what Zack Snyder was going for in this universe, story-wise, thematically, and with Clark's character arc/development throughout, as well as other characters' and people's reactions and storylines, Superman giving his life even for the people who hate him, and it's what Superman would do.

I’m always surprised how many people dislike The Dark World. True, Malekith isn’t the best villain, but he was still better than others (abomination, kaecilius), and that doesn’t invalidate the rest of the movie - the awesome portal end battle, the heist/treason feel of sneaking out of the palace with a prisoner (even better that the prisoner is Loki), the emotional moment with Loki’s “death”, and the plot twist at the ending (which ended my life the first time I saw it)

Final battle chase sequence was anti climatic 21: Doctor strange wasn't a fan of the magical unseen dark forces villain based theme felt wasted parts of space ultimately became filler uponn rewatch. 20: Ant-Man 19: Spider-Man far from home 18: Wonder Woman definitely enjoy it for Amazons Diana prince wonder women herself reimbursement on how she came up with her powers just didn't find replay value for this. 17. Hey Durban I totally agree about Thor Ragnorok. The movie had a lot of heavy themes that were completely ruined by the endless jokes and gags. As far as Justice League I actually have it much higher than all u guys lol Its flawed but a lot of fun for me. Just a suggestion for a future 31 on 31. U could do a Sci Fi addition with these classic franchises that actually add up to 31 ( Alien, Predator, Terminator, Robocop And Planet Of The Apes) I think that would be an epic ranking

Since Zack Snyder's MAN OF STEEL release, we see the covetous Joss Whedon feeling the heat of competition from the DC camp hence speeding up the Avengers action in this second team-up installment (starring main villain Brainiac-wannabe Ultron), evident in the film's opening scene battle wherein Whedon made Iron Man accidentally hitting the force field-shielded roof, swearing "Shit!" as Captain America retorted, "Language!", copying Superman's clumsy move hitting the roof trying to dodge the bullet as he was about to battle Faora & Nam-Ek in that awesome Smallville battle. What was meant as humorous was actually the first sign of Whedon's ominous saboteur tendencies...Why oh why did WB ever hire this piece of dung to butcher Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE is beyond us, and how after the iconic first ever successful superhero team-up movie, THE AVENGERS, did the acclaimed director of the film turn into an insecure smug is yonder than yond!

People were mourning Superman at the end of BvS because he sacrificed himself to save them from Doomsday.
I get that. There was just so much controversy swirling around earlier it just felt sudden to me. But I do get what you're saying, and I have high hopes for Snydet Cut.
@@ChrisDurban Yeah, his sacrifice made people realize how Superman truly was. I didn't really have any problems with the death of Superman (tbf, I have pretty much no problems with Snyder's DC movies lol). It worked for what Zack Snyder was going for in this universe, story-wise, thematically, and with Clark's character arc/development throughout, as well as other characters' and people's reactions and storylines, Superman giving his life even for the people who hate him, and it's what Superman would do.
@@Robalexe This is why I can't wait for the Snyder Cut. I hoping it'll pay off a lot of storylines and give more context. I'm glad you like the Snyderverse. There's a lot about it I like and I got hopes.

I’m always surprised how many people dislike The Dark World. True, Malekith isn’t the best villain, but he was still better than others (abomination, kaecilius), and that doesn’t invalidate the rest of the movie - the awesome portal end battle, the heist/treason feel of sneaking out of the palace with a prisoner (even better that the prisoner is Loki), the emotional moment with Loki’s “death”, and the plot twist at the ending (which ended my life the first time I saw it)
