- When the 10th generation Civic arrived in the country, it was clear that Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. had a strong contender in the compact sedan segment. The aggressive, sporty styling as well as the turbo technology allowed the all-new Civic to make a huge impact in the Philippine market. As such, Caco got curious with the 10th gen Civic RS Turbo and decided to take it for a drive.

I clearly said '...and that sense of humour, too!' which obviously means I'm pointing it out as something positive after the prior remark I made about his domain knowledge. Context clues, you know, something you secondary English speakers won't get a grasp of that much.

Automatic means a torque converter or a dual clutch. CVTs and AMTs aren't 🙏

Everything you need to know about Honda. Due to computer error the electronic brake on my 2016 Civic engaged while I was driving the car. The Honda service department technicians said they didn't do anything that addressed/corrected the problem. Honda customer service said the brake problem was fixed and refused to compensate me for my losses from trading the Civic for a 2017 Accord without the electronic parking brake. The only way to get rid of the problem was get rid of the Civic. I wonder if the same engineers designed the 737s

I do think that the PNP HPG (Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group)shall buy this instead of additional Corolla Altis. Stealthy and powerful than the Corolla.
There are variants of Civic that are similar to the Corolla in price but overwhelm in specs.

The Civic RS is not cheap in Philippines. For 300k less you can get the TOTL Ford Focus with similar turbo power.

Great Review! Though you should have converted the php to usd for the american viewers. Just gonna say in advance for the close minded viewers who's gonna say "Convert it yourself" See this guy is speaking english to cater to a massive audience not for filipinoes only but internationally and I want this guy to be one of the best reviewer out there because he really is that good and I want him to keep this type of review up. With this kind of weather in the Philippines, shame honda didn’t put an air vent for the rear seats. Or even USB ports. 😐

Which is better, top of the line civic (except the type r) or top of the line 3. Turbo engines are known to be not as reliable as a NA engine but it is efficient.
3 as in Mazda 3? It's too close to call, honestly.

NXJ ONLINE in terms of price, tech, features & power i think Ford Focus is a close match, but unfortunately had issue with tranny.
