I got it to work so idk what you all are doing wrong but make sure you on WiFi and on airplane mode. Make sure you got a vpn running and have your country on the vpn the same as what your setting the App Store for and then cancel all your monthly subscriptions and then change your country make sure to get all the information like phone numbers and address and whatever else it ask it and select none for payment option and hit change and it will change I did Singapore for mine and it work make sure to turn off the vpn after it started downloading or it will take hours since the von makes it go slow!

@@topicaltalkstech so far i used France and Canada. it only worked to add the app to the app store but not to download it...it would say "unavailable in your country/region" so i think they are able to use another method to detect your real region

changing regions will work if download a vpn app, activate a free trial then select a region like toronto Canada. Then follow the steps in the video. Then you'll see the app in the store. After which you'll have to go into Airplane mode on your phone. The final step will be keeping airplane mode on but activate you wifi. After you activate the wifi on airplane mode you'll be able to downlosd the app. This is what worked for me a few days ago. Then obviously cancel your vpn subscription.

My phone didn’t give me ‘’none’’ option for billing so I didn’t get past that. 😢
Tip After you change your region on the App Store, reset your phone like power it off that tells the phone to like fix everything then go to the VPN and connect and it should work

Yyyyyyyeesssss hahahaha you’re the SHIT girl 🙌🏻 people just need to activate a free trial in a vpn app first (within whatever country they are going to get the address for) and then your advice will work. Though I will add that I did have to put my phone on airplane mode(prior to downloading bec it wouldn't download). And then only turn on wifi for the download to actually work...as a final step.
