510 pyro is the best developer I have ever used. I do a stand develop for one-hour with a minute of agitation at the beginning. I do not pre-wash. Perfect every time. Your image is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
These are very very good. You have done very well managing focus in the dark. Unless people shoot 4X5 , it would be difficult to understand the problem. It is a damn shame that Fuji has packed up making films. The best emulsion for this sort of photography would have been the Acros 100 in 4X5, sadly no longer available. No recirocity to worry about up to around two minutes. I agree with you regarding HP5 plus and Pyro 510, a magical combination. I expose @ iso 250 for normal expsoure for both Pyro and HC110.
I was just scanning in some photographs of Porthleven tonight so imagine my surprise at coming across this video. I also brought a 4x5 but didn't have the guts to shoot it at night :)
Focusing isn't too bad if you have an artificially lit subject or something close to shine the torch on I have no idea if the photo I took on Friday nights in focus. I couldn't see a thing !
Excellent photos,excellent technique too
Another set of lovely images. I must try my hand at night photography as well. Take care
Thanks , Go for it
That was great! Thanks for the ballpark exposures.

Interesting to hear your comments. Never tried 4x5 at night. Must give it a go sometime.

I'd imagine 4x5 or similar is difficult enough during the day but at night these are amazing 📷👍
