Super job Boris - wie immer !!! - @Mark and Sail-World Team - it is really refreshing to listen to you as a commentator who speaks clear and understandable for an international public and not like many other in a mumble kind. You should get an official commentator for such international events ! 😁
Charlie Dalin has sailed an impeccable race (so far🤞) and he richly deserves this win having missed out last time by a matter of 2.5hrs! Looks like he will have a fairly straight forward route home. Fab reporting!
Hi Mark and Sail-World Team Just wanted to thank all of you for the very informative and interesting coverage of the race - I enjoyed and will enjoy the rest of your great work!
Boris, your buoyant spirit in the face of adversity continues to amaze me - well done, my thoughts are with you for this stretch accross the doldrums and then home!
ETA Charlie in SdO 15:36 Monday Jan 13 France time, naturellement! 🤗 Special congrats must go to Seb Simon. We'll never know, but I reckon he would have been duking it out with Charlie with 2 foils. However, unlike with Alex Thomoson on Hugo Boss last time out, Seb was able to finish and I am sure that racing with only 1 foil for so long has made an even better sailor out of him. I would be interested to hear his comments when he's got his land legs back.
Based on best routing option, what's Dalin's ETA at Le Sable d'Olonne? Shortly after the finish of the top racers, please do a followup broadcast of Richard Gladwells best routing predictions to measure their accuracy. Perhaps you can also put him on for us briefly.

These sail hooks are now the main point of failure. This needs to be look at and fixed before 2028!
