Thank you for telling us the stories about these forts and for taking us to their locations.

Love the stone work on the house at the end of the video- looks like it could be from the 1700s. I am always curious about neighborhoods and homes even if they have nothing to do with your subject at hand.

Kudo's once again Cliff on your knowledge of the French & Indian War. Thiis part of our history is not being taught in our schools anymore or it is just a blip which is a shame. It sets up the whole history of our country and what is to come with the fight for Independence. Great job and keep this series going.

Excellent job, as always. I enjoy your videos because they’re educational, and I also like to see what it looks like over there at different times of the year. Thanks for all your hard work.

I'm not a fan of crowds and/or noisy places either so I understand where you're coming from. Thank you though for stepping out of your comfort zone to bring this interesting history to us.

Thanks Cliff, I find it so interesting tracing history, sometimes you get a lot of clues to a location and other times none at all.
Thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤

Thanks for the trip and the education Cliff. This is always interesting, Shame the Fort is on private property now. Hey, we have to go where the forts were even when in town where the traffic is. Stay safe!

Where you parked Naomi in Carlisle, I picked up my brother from the housing complex in the background (7:08) last weekend. He volunteered to move a paralyzed Vet's belongings up there. When you first turned right at sheetz in Shippensburg I was thinking "look to your left!!!" lol. Glad to see you found it! I'm only about 3 miles farther down the road near where 11 meets 997 or 2 exits farther on 81(scotland exit).

Greenvillage? I did 34 years at LKY. Traveled 997 for 20 years (Fayetteville). Now in FL.

17:20 : 'Burd' street? there is a 'Burd Cave' nearby, aka Carnegie Cave. I've been to the entrance, but haven't been inside - a situation I intend to rectify in future.

Wear high boots. There's a lot of water in the trunk passage. Maybe knee pads for the pipe under I81. Great cave.

Cliff, If you look two houses down from 333 East Burd Street there is what appears to be a tombstone. See 19:50 and 20:10. That is the Fort Morris plaque you were looking for, with information on the fort. You were so close.

The Carlisle Indian school is there as well near the war college. A horrible atrocity for indigenous people. My mother was born in Carlisle, looks much different today.
