If he's a broker for C21...is he really an independent broker?
I'm being asked to join EXP after I just opened my brokerage and I'm confused. Can you advice?
Advantage? Building a team across state lines.
Disadvantage? Answering to another Brokerage firm
If you want to be an independent broker, with EXP you will not be that. I am an independent brokerage since 2005 and would NEVER change a thing. It has been the best move I ever made in my real estate career. I have been approached 3 times by EXP recruiting agents and truly found it laughable.
If you start something because you have a vision of what you want, there will be people coming to try to change your mind. I will stick with my primary goal and will not aloud others to confuse me. Keep going forward with your Brokerage at the end is your own brokerage and you made the rules how you want things not other way around were you will have limitations.
