I'd like to see a stance for older people too. I just cannot get right down anymore Bob, but don't want to stop. I may try this much winder stance, over my own. Thanks.

Search for video of Irving Crane. He played at a championship level well into his 70s. And he had a very upright stance.

Hey Bob, You probably have tried every stance there is and some that from thin air. Speaking for myself also. Did you have any luck with stepping back with your rear foot only? l am working on this and seems to keep my head on line. Boy, this game is a struggle with alighnment for us tall guy's. Your thoughts please.

I talk about it here: ua-cam.com/video/ET2aKtTKxMM/v-deo.html
Foot way back puts too much weight on forward leg, unbalanced.

Thx for the video, watched the original. I’m 6’6 with a SL 6, really struggling and frustrated not being able to repeat my pre shot routine, I have my own table, countless hours tinkering with set up, aim, etc etc. never seems to carry over to league play. I have longer legs with a shorter torso, maybe try your stance with a little knee bend. Also I’m 58 yrs old, above average shape but not the flexibility I once had. Any suggestions? Thx you sir

Ruslan Chinahkov barely bends his legs at all. So it can be done either way. You just have to find what works best for you. Most important things are stability and ease of getting into/out of your stance.
