This is a little bit off-topic, and I am very honored by your research with the Yamaha Genos. Do you know of anybody or possibly yourself how we can get an instrumental track using Halion or groove agent through Cubase 12 professional to work with the Yamaha Genos. They are working very hard. at Steinberg to solve this problem that I am having. Any contacts or suggestions? are greatly appreciated

Hi Have Genos with version 2.10 and have tried to upload version 2.13 but Genos will not except new software, as I understand I have higher than version 2 how do I get to higher version please. regards.
