in a chinese series i was watching, when one partner was about to die (at a young age) or do something dangerous, one of them would say "i will wait 20 years for you" aka for them to reincarnate. i thought that was sweet.

Lol this was so funny to see the different dynamics of both couples.
I realized that Helen and Phil have such headstrong personalities when they said pride was always an issue in their arguments, so it makes sense that they often butt heads and their love could be more passionate/fiery.

I love how relatable these lunch breaks are. They give such realistic and intuitive answers; especially Phil. Thank you for opening up my mind in a great and fun way.
As for the twin flame; to be understood better, it’s like a ‘mirrored’ soul. As in they have so many similarities to yourself. So all the good you see in yourself you see in them, same with the problems you are going through is similar to them and and you create this great connection with this individual. Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of the whole "hall pass" thing. Personally, if I had an SO, I wouldn't want anyone else more than her romantically or sexually. Having a hall pass insinuates that you'd desire that other person as a sexual partner more than your SO. Might be naive to think you could find your ideal person both romantically and sexually in one package, but for me the two are closely tied and I'd want a partner that felt the same.
For real tho, nobody has requested for Filipino food? 🤣
