Mine was the same way when I first got him, and he spun so fast his lights had ripped off lol. I had to get him new lights and fix him from the ground up.
Get one they're such cool decorations! You can usually score em for cheap and broken down but they're not hard to fix depending on the issues. I will probably soon be doing a repair tutorial on them since I found another lasso cowboy santa at savers last weekend and its completely in need of fixing
I think mine has arthritis he can't move his hips or his arm
