So there’s a reason why they never did a sequel or another puppet film lol they even said it in the making of video in the extras on DVD “we’re never doing it again”
20:00 Hahahaha I Love the direction they went with that. The fan walking up to him and instead of asking for an autograph or maybe just quoting something, he asks him for an entire scene, like he expects him to do it all. " Oh come on man, just a scene" so damn good
This movie has such a timeless quality. Every time something bad happens in the world, it's not the way the politicians respond. It's the way the general public responds - the level of "informed discussion" makes me think of this movie. I have to watch a clip or two, until I am serene once more. Now, WHEN DO WE GET "THAT'S MY BUSH" RERUNS ?
Dude, what did YOU upload to better the situation? Nothing, you say? Just here to bitch and gain a moment of attention, so you can pretend you are relevant? Hope you enjoyed it. Moment over. Now go back to actually NOT mattering to anyone but yourself.
Our world is so much better for the comedy and creativity of Trey and Matt. It would be a much more boring place if we could not laugh at ourselves and our society. Ours is not a perfect society and we are not perfect people and they seem to highlight that aspect in every one of their works...perfectly.
It does bother me that actors think they can change the world because they hang out with politicians. To me, actors are like court jesters. The smart ones get that. The egotistical ones don't and constantly try to wear the king's crown.
Mostly the left now. World police (Syria) Hollywood aka F.A.G. almost every outspoken late night host or douche bag actor on Twitter. God these guys are so spot on, they mocked 2019 in 2004
Tron it was always based on high and mighty liberal hollywood actors thinking they’re important world figures. It’s also an indictment on political correctness. It is literally a big fuck you to both the left and the right. Which they’ve explicitly said themselves.
"No matter how big or small the actor, they always just have, you know, such an attitude and think they're all rad...and, you know, there's no lamer thing you could be in the world than an actor. It's the most self-serving.....I'm just going off on a rant now.... We just wanted to do a show that ripped on celebrities and how much people love celebrities and 'cuz now we can have all the celebrities made into puppets and then we can kill them." (Celebrities get blown to pieces- laughter and cheering)....LOL!!!! Priceless!!!
Well I think with movies like attack of the clones, there had been some overkill for movies with green screen. Nowadays, there's still some green screen in films but it's not noticeable. Or there's movies that go old school like the force awakens or winter soldier that do a ton of practical stuff.
+Bjamin Fingercats Nah, this year was when that Jessica Simpson / Nick Lachey reality show took over MTV. The channel was getting shittier at that point, but at least it showed some music. Not a lot of music, but some.
I don't think it's possible to make this movie today. The outrage on the violence on famous actors, along with the "ping pong" "Korean" would be massive.
South Park should lampoon MTV, the supposed music station that has almost nothing to do with music anymore… Problem is MTV hasn't done anything noteworthy as of late which is important to Matt and Trey's philosophy of doing pertinant story lines.
I still remember watching this shit when it premiered, I was in 7th grade, and it literally scared the shit out of me thinking that Kim Jong-Il would nuke us.
If there was ever a Team America 2 (There's never going to be a Team America 2), but if there was... I'd love to see Robert Richardson (Kill Bill [which was parodied], Shutter Island, Django Unchained, Hateful Eight, Inglorious Basterds, Aviator, Casino, etc.) as the cinematographer. His style is so distinct and visually appealing... Imagine that with puppets.
Another thing that's so cool about Team America is that this is the second animated film Trey Parker and Matt Stone have made. The first being South Park: Bigger, Longer, And Uncut. Pretty cool.
Still one of the funniest movies I have ever watched...
I re-watch it every year on the 4th of July.

"The corporations, they're all...corporation-y"
Lolol nailed it.
And they make money!
"The main reason we only use puppets is because we hate actors" haha
But they also shot themselves in the foot as they thought doing it with puppets would be easier than with actors. But they were wrong ha
So there’s a reason why they never did a sequel or another puppet film lol they even said it in the making of video in the extras on DVD “we’re never doing it again”
Tyro Clint yeah but at least they are committed to something they have said 🤷♂️
They were making a point that we are all just puppets of billionaires. Also actors are the biggest puppets of all
This movie is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED , LOVED IT!
great documentary. thanks for the upload. amazing movie! best musical ever... next to South Park.
I...Promise.....I,Will,Never,Die
I just love how pixels are the size of sugar cubes on my screen.
This is how life used to be like
Why do u hav sugar cubes on ur screen
God I remember trying to watch this on TV at a friends and being so fridge excited to see it! Thanks for the memory!
I’m so happy that they chose the alley scene to be the first thing anyone saw of team America.
America needs Team America 2 right now more than it needed Team America 1 back then
What if they made a Team Canada next?? Or Team Mexico.
20:00 Hahahaha I Love the direction they went with that. The fan walking up to him and instead of asking for an autograph or maybe just quoting something, he asks him for an entire scene, like he expects him to do it all. " Oh come on man, just a scene" so damn good

love it or hate it this movie is an absolute work of lost art and im 99.9% sure nothing like it will ever be made again
"Ping-pong, ping-pong!"

Lol amazing parenting there 😂😂😂
Hahaha. Doll fuck scene and shitting on his chest with your parents next to you.
@@michaelll that part was dvd/uncut only actually. MPAA made them heavily cut the sex scene.
Lucky, my mom never took me to see this.
@@josh6706this scene was specifically included to be cut out in the end :D
(so they wouldnt need to cut out anything else)

This video is a disgrace to 240p
But it is the best video in 240p =^D
i think they found it on kazza

Jerel Damon nice
Jerel Damon, I totally agree with you, with the exception of Sean Penn of course, who fully deserves the crown
Gary: wait hold on, wait hold on, wait...hold on I need a new eardrum. 😂
Such an under rated flick, love it to bits...absolute genius, and gorgeous to boot...the miniatures, the details...simply wonderful.
If only North Korea threatened violence like they did with "the interview" it would have got the publicity it needed
We love you Trey Parker and Matt Stone
Loved how this movie mocked the right and the left. MTV would never promote this in today's world.
Of course, in today's world, MTV would never air anything watchable either haha.
Mostly the left now. World police (Syria) Hollywood aka F.A.G. almost every outspoken late night host or douche bag actor on Twitter. God these guys are so spot on, they mocked 2019 in 2004

That's How Matt Stone And Trey Parker Operate They Do What They Do Best Insult People While Informing The Audience Of The Truth
I love this movie
Wish they could do a 2nd one to piss off all the sensitive people in 2020 with their sense of humor 😂
The majority of people aren’t sensitive it’s just a small minority
Somehow that small minority has all the social media power.
They absolutely hated doing this movie it was brutal they said. Not because of disagreements or friction just how life draining it was.

recorded off of a TV, this probably only aired once. lucky its even on youtube.
Pretty fucking crazy they got bill Pope to light the thing lol. I hope they all got along.
GAry puking in the alley is at least "on par" with the American Werewolf in London transformation scene, for practical effects.
This is a first time. Ever in movie history they added a wilhelm scream to a puppet movie

Did trey record the voices live, while also controlling the puppet?
Maybe but not necessarily. Maybe he was only speaking to the mic for the general idea so it was easier to put on voices later.
This is from the creators of American Pie's favorite hilarious and religious Comedy Central cartoon South Park.
