I don't know why is this song so familiar to me. Also the singer. His voice reminds me of the the voice of the singer of the both seasons' openings.

yup! It's by the band 白鲨JAWS, with lead singer 鱼麦扣 (Michael Yu). They also created S2 ED The Tides in collaboration with 饭卡 (Fan Ka). 饭卡 was the artist behind S1 ED OverThink.
