XV EDICIÓN DEL PLAYA DORADA CARIBBEAN CIGAR NIGHT 2024

Ya son 15 años de celebración del tradicional evento Playa Dorada Caribbean Cigar Night, que atrae un gran público de todas partes del país, quienes desafiaron la intensa lluvia que dio la bienvenida a la noche, y disfrutaron de una actividad única que congregó nuevamente al mundo de los cigarros, la música, el arte, gastronomía, vinos y destilados.
Esta emblemática XV Edición, fue celebrada las instalaciones de la Quinta Limardo, propiedad de la familia Jiménez y que fuera la casa del general y filántropo Ricardo Limardo, majestuosa construcción que forma parte del patrimonio monumental de Puerto Plata, ubicada entre las calles José Eugenio Kunhardt y Virginia Elena Ortea, de esta ciudad del norte de la República Dominicana.
Una vez más, los mejores productores de tabaco Dominicanos, que año tras año dan soporte al evento, se reunieron en el exitoso encuentro, ofreciendo sus productos para el fino gift pack de bienvenida, que es el deleite de todos los asistentes al Caribbean Cigar Night.
El evento fue realizado este año a beneficio de la institución sin fines de lucro, Casa Nazareth, proyecto iniciado el 15 de agosto del 2002 por Mercedes Bejarán antigua miembro de las monjas de Clausura, actualmente perteneciente a la Tercera Orden de Las Carmelitas, que cuenta con el apoyo del obispo de la Diócesis de Puerto Plata, Monseñor Julio César Corniel Amaro, para acoger, brindar amor y cuidados a niños con problemas físicos y discapacidad.
La velada fue amenizada por Nicole Lazala quien deleitó a los participantes con sus dones vocales, acompañada de Sebastian Murena en la guitarra, Hidekel Martínez en batería y Marcos Asencio en contrabajo, para juntos hacer entrega de un repertorio especialmente escogido para el público, seguido del DJ Emil Román.
La propuesta culinaria estuvo a cargo del Chef de Blue JackTar, Breidy Vásquez, quien deleitó a los presentes con una exquisita selección de sus creaciones.

It has been 15 years celebrating the traditional Playa Dorada Caribbean Cigar Night event, which attracts a large audience from all over the country, who braved the intense rain that welcomed the night, and enjoyed a unique activity that brought together the world of cigars, music, art, gastronomy, wines and spirits.
This emblematic XV Edition was celebrated at the facilities of the Quinta Limardo, property of the Jiménez family and which was the home of the general and philanthropist Ricardo Limardo, a majestic construction that is part of the monumental heritage of Puerto Plata, located between José Eugenio Kunhardt and Virginia Elena Ortea streets in this Dominican northern city.
Once again, the best Dominican tobacco producers, who support the event year after year, gathered at the successful meeting, offering their products for the fine welcome gift pack, which is the delight of all Caribbean Cigar Night' attendees.
The event was held to benefit the non-profit institution, Casa Nazareth, a project started on August 15, 2002 by Mercedes Bejarán, former member of the Clausura nuns, currently belonging to the Third Order of the Carmelites, which has with the support of the bishop of the Diocese of Puerto Plata, Monsignor Julio César Corniel Amaro, to welcome, provide love and care to children with physical problems and disabilities.
The evening was enlivened by Nicole Lazala who delighted the participants with her vocal gifts, accompanied by Sebastian Murena on guitar, Hidekel Martínez on drums and Marcos Asencio on double bass, to together deliver a repertoire specially chosen for the public, followed by DJ Emil Román.
The culinary proposal was led by Blue JackTar Chef, Breidy Vásquez, who delighted those present with an exquisite selection of his creations.
