i forgot where the recreation center was and this helped me find it again and it helped me understand the adrenaline and iko so id give the guide a total of probably like 4.7 stars out of 5 cause you dont explain if your playing as bigfoot what certain sounds such as bigfoots roar mean or what to do to be stealthy or non stealthy/make bigfoot come by faster or slower(but idk if thats possible that last one tho so yeah)still a pretty good guide overall and its cool to have a guide cause most vids on this game is just gameplay and there isnt even really musch vids on this game anyways!
