I'm actually sitting here with tears in my eyes. Just when I thought nobody could make a beautiful car anymore..one that is truly elegant and modern at the same time..this breathtaking electric animal shows up. The last time I was this moved by a vehicle was when I saw a Porsche 911 for the first time. Bravo, Audi. I can only hope this actually gets produced with the final product not losing any of this magic.

Imagine if they take the time with this thing and put this thing to production they will shoot right past Mercedes and BMW. It's not too ambitious for a car, it's targeting 2025 launch date, so we will see a lot of new technology between today and 2025. So when it debuts in 2025 , it may look normal. One thing is if they keep the rear it would be fantastic. Also the bech type seats.

In economic terms that just is not enough of a mass market to make these vehicles profitable even at those astronomical prices, so you will see price points advertised that get you into the showrooms but then suffer sticker shock when you go to sign the contract. No argument from me about inflation, I just have to figure out how to keep my 2013 BMW operational till I die.
I think that this is ONE beautiful piece of art. Now that I have said that, it has too many moving parts. I wonder what the repair bill will come to when it is time fix all tech and motors (inside and out), when out of warranty.

The design cues will show up in production cars. I think that rear window is a good visual and functional solution to decrease drag, as well as the details over the side windows.
Looks fantastic. But I can’t help thinking - of that’s gonna be expensive to replace, that’s gonna be a fortune to fix, oh that’s definitely gonna break and cost a lot to repair 🤭
Amazing design. But those doors must have some sort of stop function since they cannot be fully opened in any striped parking lot that i am aware of when another car is in the adjacent spaces. So only park way out where no other vehicles Commonly park while you rush in to get tour latte.
I just wrote a blank check to Audi and mailed to anyone in their concept sales department and memo’ed it “A8 grandsphere car.” Just need one at the moment. I hope they send me one!😂
