Faced this issue recently in my 2ft tank imported tank. I did 2 things. Firstly, improved the aeration. Kept the room windows opened for longer duration (somedays it will be permanently opened with netlon covered) and then kept the tank lid opened for longer duration (will close the lid for lighting and it will be max for 3hrs. That too, partially opened). Have placed a net on the tank to avoid fish jumping out. Secondly, i did a 10% water change daily. It helped in a span of 2 days itself. The water temperature is nowadays consistently chill. I didn't have a thermometer to check exact temperature. Earlier it used to be literally like hot water, and as bro mentioned must be surely above 30deg. Thanks bro for the most needed topic of the season!!!
Yes one more option available . Keep two one liter water can in frezzor along with fan, ice qube method best for planted tank . I am reducing 4°c temp in chennai using this ice qube and fan method. Remove your ice can cap put it inside the fish tank. Afternoon 1 o clk and night 10 o clk. This will reduce your fish tank temprature 2 degree till 80 liter. If u r using 3 feet tank use 3 water can ..

Try drip irrigation system if you have enough supply of water. The in this system is the temperature of your inlet water.
Bro, tell us the water softener plant you have at your aquarium and details and where to by it.
Can we add some mud pot or mud aquarium decorative items
