You are so blessed to have the perfect dream bathroom..its so spacious, and bright. Im sure it enhances your self care time.. Im always amazed at how early you have blooming roses, and outdoors wearing tank tops, and enjoying the weather. Here in Washington everything's just getting green leaves, no flowers other than the beginning of lilacs starting to open up, and classic spring primroses, and pansies. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.
Welcome to the Heather Robertson Club! I used to go to the gym regularly until they were closed 2 years ago. I found Heather's channel about 1.5 years ago and it has been great. I like how she isn't too enthusiastic and loud but encouraging. I don't need a lot of woohoos, just good form and technique.

Hi Rachel! I just found your vlogs a few months ago so I’ve been back tracking on them. I absolutely love your vlog style and the chill vibe you give. I actually found you from watching Melanie’s vlogs and lovely memorial video. That was so generous of your family to share, thank you. She was so sweet and I am happy you will be there for her kids and your brother. Loss is never easy. I am older than you and Melanie but I love learning new things and ways to do stuff DIY. I don’t comment too often I just wanted to thank you because your vlogs have been bringing me peaceful and tranquil moments in my life. I lost two family members in the past year and a half so I know you understand how positivity at times like this is so important to mental health. I just love seeing women taking time to take care of themselves. I have been consistently doing self-care for 3years now and I'm so grateful the gd mental healing it has brought me. I do hearther robertson's workouts too. She's great.
Such a lovely, calm video, which is just what I needed today. Heather Robertson is wonderful! I'd also recommend Sydney Cummings, and I've also just discovered Juliette Wooten. All three offer really fantastic workouts with an emphasis on strength training. On another note, your skin looks amazing. I really need to start integrating dry brushing into my routine, so thank you for all of the information you've shared about it.
I really love how intentional you are about living your life. It inspires me to develop my own more intentional routine 💕

Hey, Rachel! Random question for you-what have you found is the best way to store your Hemlock hats? I noticed in previous videos you’ve hung them by the string and on a peg. I just got a Hemlock hat (after learning about them from you!) so I want to keep it nice!

oh. thank you. I was wearing one, but sometimes I have a bad habit of putting it behind my arm.
Dry brushing causes micro tears in your skin and over time will lead to ageing and pigmentation. Direct steaming like that is also bad for the skin. Especially skin of colour. Do not do both those things if you are a person of colour !

Having a trimmed bikini line doesn’t make you “clean”.
True. =) I was thinking more like clean bikini lines. General trimming, which is NOT for everyone.. Just sharing what I do.
