Even though they know Majid and Khan aggresively may destroy their fruits of labour, they still continue doing construction, beautifying the compound and cleaning it. They are adamant because they want the freedom to have a house of their own, at least temporarily before getting a permit. To think of it, why Khan and Majid have that so much autocratic rule over ordinary citizens to build their place of stay just because the citizens reject their demands? What is the system here?
