Thank you for this view. It really brought back so many memories. My dad worked on the naval base for over 20 years and the thing of it he rode a bike from Diego Martin to chagaramus Monday to Friday. Those were the good old days in Trinidad and very safe. Thanks again for this coverage. Blessings!
Enjoyed the tour along western main road. Lived there in 70s in Shorelands, nothing much was out this way except the sailing club, very small. Brings back good memories.
Bob, yes, it was mostly green but not anymore. I also have a more specific drive through of Shorelands, Bayshore and Westmoorings: ua-cam.com/video/2KwUPc5L7g0/v-deo.html and a view from a walkover: ua-cam.com/video/8Wqx_bkummE/v-deo.html
Love your Trini videos. Nostalgia bordering on homesickness! I'm amazed at how built up the area is now! The old Convention Centre has the Hotel School behind it. Thank you and a Merry Christmas to you and yours.
JB I have never been to Chaguramas or Cocorite but this was an enjoyable trip, even in the rain!! We are glad for to see a regular full length road trip. You were only posting shorts for a while on different topics.

Good Evening Mr. Borde, Thank you for taking us along with you. When you mentioned that you turned on your headlights when it started to rain it reminded me of something. I do not live in Canada but I strongly believe that in Canada as soon you turn on your engine your headlights are on, I believe the term is Daytime Running Lights. And as the commenter below mentions, do have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Greets. Thanks for watching. Daytime lights are on newer vehicles. Mine is old so i do not have the daytime LED lights. 😉 Have a peaceful holiday yourself.
I really want to say thanks for these videos. There have been a few times we needed to find a place, like a business or something and it is helpful to watch a drive or a walk through so you know where the place is and the driveway entrances and all that.
Like the rain didn't want you around the West that day lol It's good to see at least one video showcasing the rainy weather along with the new area. Thank you JB.
JB I love driving in the rain 🌧 it relaxes me.☺️ but if it's what we call "white Rain" I still like it but as you mentioned visual can be difficult and that subtracts from the experience, also they have people who don't reduce their speed on the wet roads and I am nervous for them. 😱
I totally understand that. Please tell your wife I celebrate with her today over one of the most exciting world cup matches I can remember. World cup ended for me on the 9th when Brasil lost to Croatia, my brother supported Argentina from the start. I am happy they were able to bring it home to our region. Enough with European wins. I am elated Argentina eon over France.😊😍
Halceon, I am surprised that you watch football, I did not see you place any prediction on any of my game videos especially Brazil. Anyway, ARGENTINA Wins the FIFA World Cup 2022! Lionel Messi GOAT - Greatest of all time! See the video and put your comments and TRIBUTE here --> ua-cam.com/video/obpbedvPrko/v-deo.html
As well... Mr.JBS...can I get any videos on ah drive thru deeper into the hills and the back roads of the Trinity College and beyond within The Ever beautiful Haleland Park... the Roads of Babylon there...passed the Golf Course...it's would be ah thrill to get the know how as to how things has been developed over there... @@JBsManCave I’m from Cocorite. I left Trinidad when I was 12. And I have not been back since. In the beginning of the video you drove passed my old neighborhood of Cocorite Farm Road. I cried. I miss home. Thank you so much.
@@JBsManCave I feel like I have. My sis and I are hunting for them now. When we think we have found one, we realize that we saw it before. So now we comment on every one we watch as a way of tracking if we saw it before or not.
@@JBsManCave we'll be on the look out! p.s. JB it is good to see your face in your updated picture. I recommend that you show your face every now and then in your videos. I know that privacy is important to you. However, passengers usually like to see who their driver is.😉
Michelle, this is not about privacy for me, if I keep showing my face it will scare people away! The camera in my truck is mounted so it only looks one way. I have other videos where you see my face.
When last did you go on a road trip from Cocorite all the way West to Chaguaramas in Trinidad?

Thank you kindly. So much has changed since the time you described.
Lots of new developments in west Trinidad.
Well, it depends on how long you have been to West Trinidad in can appear like that.
Very nice. I like bike path on the side. Be nice to see more of those. God bless T&T.
Indeed, thanks for your input.

It's always a challenge with the weather in the Caribbean.
Missed the premiere but watching it now.
