Such a better experience than the Strip property. (No coke dealer digits on the elevator wall) The car museum was really, really cool! I can't wait to see the rest of your Reno adventures! BTW, that "fly-through" of the property was *SUPER COOL!*
Before i clicked on this video, i remember you had about 99k views i think in such a short time on your first circus circus video, i remember how popular it was which is why i decided to watch this one, plus i stayed here twice on both times when i came to vegas, co-incidently you also mentioned in this video the first one was popular too, i remember it like it was yesterday wow
I hope you do a video for Reno Peppermill and Atlantis, they are my two favorite properties in Reno. The Peppermill Tuscany Suites are awesome with jacuzzi jet tubs and the Peppermill has the nicest poker room around. The Atlantis has by far the best slot floor in Reno, both properties have great food options. Thanks for the vids and keep up the good work.
It should be noted that CC in LV and CC in Reno are not owned by the same company. They used to be, but CC Reno was bought by El Dorado a few years back. El Dorado bought out Caesars Entertainment and took the name Caesars Entertainment as its new corporate name.

I literally lived in a circus circus hotel in Reno for 6 months when I was a student at UNR in 2019 because the dorm I was supposed to stay in blew up a month before school started. Hotel room is actually super nice! Very comfy beds and a good shower.
so sad most american cities downtown is a disaster and Reno is a prime example, they have pumped money in it, beautiful minor league ballpark, lots of dog walking parks, art, etc etc but the homeless are in complete control of downtown and again like most american cities the suburbs are great, so here is the plan, dont go to downtown Reno, it's one big homeless shelter, Silver Legacy has great slot machines but other than that never go to downtown Reno, suburbs have some great casinos, Boomtown, Bonanza, Grand Sierra, stay at Bonanza or Grand Sierra, downtown truly disgusting
I stayed at Silver Legacy last weekend, probably while you were there. I play slots quite regularly, and I will say the slots paid back nothing. I went to El dorado and Circus Circus with the same result. I’m glad I experienced it, but I won’t go back unless just going to Tahoe
Glad you went back to Reno. I have fond memories there from a long time ago. Always stayed at Harrah’s but of course it is gone. Parts of Reno are pretty run down but overall not bad.
Pompsie and Greta, this is the best video of yours I have seen. keep up the good work and enjoy. I'll be flying to Laughlin the 13th. Looking forward to the heat and some memories from my past.
Amazing video Pompsie! That long shot time lapsed to the the music was one of your coolest ever. Amazing editing on his one. Your craft continues to grow more refined and creative. So good.
Have fun in Reno!! If you get a chance you should go to the Outlets at Legends on the Sparks Marina. There is a ferris wheel inside Scheel's. Lots of great shopping and restaurants with a beautiful view over the lake towards the mountains. Visit Peppermill Casino, Atlantis and the Grand Sierra. They are beautiful casinos that are very clean and on par with Vegas casinos.
Ooh, nice Reno content right when I'm deep into planning a Vegas/Reno/Lake Tahoe trip! Would never even consider visiting Circus Circus anywhere else having been to the one in Vegas... Any chance you'll be visiting Lake Tahoe with some new videos too??
Reno is OK Meredith, but it’s quite ordinary compared to Lake Tahoe. I recommend Grand Lodge Casino at Hyatt Regency in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe to another poster. You’ll have an awesome stay.👍 By the way, Lake Tahoe is one of the prettiest places in America.👍👍👍
@@scs9725 I can't wait to see it with my own eyes! I'm sure the pictures and videos I've seen, while amazing, don't do it justice! I'm definitely planning to try to stay in Incline Village over the South side, but my friends want to do the cabin rental thing over staying at a hotel. Thanks!!
Regardless of where you stay in Lake Tahoe Meredith, you and your friends will have a blast.👍 Keep in mind, Lake Tahoe is 6200 feet above sea level, so it’s cooler up there.😁 My first time in Lake Tahoe was actually last year(June). We rented a house on Tirol Drive, Incline Village via AirBnb. Had a great time.👍
Hi Pompsie! Great video tour as always! I am glad the rooms there are nice and clean. Circus Circus in Vegas should make note and follow in order. Your new slot reminds me of how Slots were back in the day when I was growing up. I use to love playing them and having all of the coins fall out and putting them in the stacked cups sitting next to the machines. Old, yes I am! LOL! Enjoy your week. CAB 😆😉
Pompsie! I think when you show the bathroom, you should show the shower pressure. Most people look for that in a nice bathroom too! Just a thought I had when I recently visited a hotel with horrible shower pressure LOL keep up the good videos!
And that can depend on the floor and when that particular shower head was cleaned and/or replaced. I do know that super high end hotels don't put restrictors on the head as the rich play by a different set of rules.
I been to Reno, Nevada twice in 2000 and 2005. Nice small city in the northern part of the state. The 3 casinos in the downtown area Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and Eldorado are joined together by an above pedestrian walkway.
I knew you’d enjoy Reno much more in the Summer time! Try intertubing on the Truckee River right down the street! I love the mix of gambling, drinking and easy to access great outdoorsy stuff.
Dude, what aren't you staying at Peppermill?!?!? You stopped by there last time and saw how good it is. Get a room in the Tuscany Tower -- you will like it a lot. Sure CC got you view in Las Vegas, but Peppermill is also well loved in Las Vegas. Book a room and make sure to use your card in the machines when you get there!
Great review of circus Circus 🤡 Reno. Las Vegas - Circus Circus if you’ve seen this Vlog you will know that your rooms need upgrading.. Enjoyable Vlog on Reno. I have been to Reno many years ago and was stuck on a broken down Greyhound bus..So, didn’t get to enjoy it. Maybe next time? Keep up the great work Team Pompsie…
I would like to visit Reno again some day, but the city has been struggling since the tribal casinos in California opened. It's definitely a nice place to stay if you like going to mountains to ski and board.
Been to Vegas few times (Nellis AFB) for various things. Vegas was great. We are planning trip to Reno end of year. Thanks for the video, it really helped us alot!!
We have been going to Reno for years, it has changed a lot, not as many casinos anymore. There used to be Fitzgerald's, Harrah's, The flamingo Hilton and various smaller one's. Cal Neva is fun and has a great restaurant upstairs. I understand they have really been trying to clean the place up because it was getting pretty run down. Will always be one of my favorite places to go 😊. Glad you had a better time.
Pro: brings back memories when I used to go to Reno as a kid w the family and stay at Circus Circus. Good times! Con: if staying at Reno, gotta consider staying at either Grand Sierra Resort (GSR), Atlantis, and/or Peppermill.
Hi Pompsie and Greta. Great video! I have been thinking about traveling up to the Reno/Tahoe area as a different change of pace from the usual trip to Vegas from Southern California. The car museum looks awesome 👍 I'd like to check out the outdoor activities in the area as well.
I highly recommend Grand Lodge Casino at Hyatt Regency in Incline Village Lake Tahoe. It’s only 36 miles from Reno. And if you’re looking for outdoors activity, Lake Tahoe is awesome.

Thank you for this video. I use to visit Reno with my family when I was kid and we would always stay at circus circus. Had crazy flashbacks and seeing how it is now is cool. It’s been around 15 years since I went. I need to make a trip back.
We're heading to Reno in a few weeks. I love that you are giving us some advanced scouting. I hope you got to try some fun stuff there like Lucky Beaver and Brew Brothers or Roxy's. We're going to stay at Peppermill and Nugget. Stopping in Vegas for a few days so maybe we'll see you. I thought it was funny that one of the escalators was broken!
I live only 2 hrs away from Reno so its much easier to get to than Vegas. After watching your review, i def have to schedule our next visit withe wife to reno at the row. I was at the row in 2018 and it seems like so long ago because of how the pandemic changed the world. Safe travels my friend.
Great job as always! We took the kids to Lake Tahoe last year, and ended up staying in Reno for a few nights. We enjoyed playing games at Circus Circus, but we stayed at Grand Sierra Resort which is an incredible property. Another awesome place for families with kids.
Saw you guys were there last week from your IG stories. Love the intro snipets entering CC, the investigative looks while examining the odd shaped showerhead and Greta's look at the beat up door knob. Music excellent as usual. Looks much better than LV CC. CC LV needs new management to give the CC there a major facelift. Very cool automobile museum. Looking forward to the next Reno vlog! Great vid bros! 👏❤👏
Currently watching your Circus Circus Reno...the car museum used to be at the Imperial Palace..I loved it..I would also love to visit Reno...Great job...Hi Greta !!
Reno Circus Circus is much nicer than Fleabag Vegas Circus Circus! Without kids I probably wouldn't stay at either one though! I didn't know that the 3 hotels were connected; good to know in the summer months or on rainy days! I'm going to have to Google that shuttle now...
Stayed at silver legacy recently but I went to the food court at circus circus and grabbed a full size pizza at piezetta and tried the west coast white pizza . It was a delicious snack for two and the price was very reasonable. Enjoy your stay !!!
I think the updated rooms at CC look nice and I almost considered staying last time I went through Reno. However, I've only stayed at Silver Legacy because it's more my crowd and the rooms are modern. 🎰🎰
Used to live in Reno for most of my life and absolutely hated it. Some people were rude and stuck up, especially in South Reno, some people drive like a lot of Californians (cause a lot of people from Cali moved there in recent years), parts of downtown was run down (at least in my opinion, but I’ve been gone for almost a year so idk), and it’s getting crowded and overpriced to live in just like much of the Bay Area. However, Reno does has its gems, but if you ever visit Reno again, I highly recommend the Atlantis, Peppermill, and Grand Sierra Resort, as those have been some of the nicest places I’ve stayed at, I personally prefer them over Circus Circus Reno! Nearby Lake Tahoe is also a awesome travel destination I highly recommend!

I like your video editing. You should do a Sacramento region casino tour - Thunder Valley, Cache Creek, Red Hawk, Jackson Rancheria and Sky River (opens in the fall). Each has something to offer.
Next your in Reno, Definitely Check out GSR, Peppermill and Atlantis. They're our top Casinos here in Reno. You must also check out Midtown Reno. Lots of cool shops, bars and restaurants. Also, Harvey's and Hard Rock at South Lake Tahoe. 😁
We used to love the buffet at the Silver Legacy, out in the Row by the big mining thing. Love the little lightning shows in the little dome too. I also remember CC had one of the first Krispy Kremes we had ever seen too. Also the statues near the entry of ElDorado! Another favorite thing, while I'm thinking about Reno is Virginia City! So much fun and so much history!
I always thought Circus Circus was pretty tacky but maybe the 2018 refresh helped. The one in Las Vegas years ago offered a free lunch buffet. As one would expect it was from from an upscale event. The locals and construction workers abused it. They ate there every day and left without gambling. The free buffet didn’t last long. The last time I was in Reno many casinos had closed and the entire town looked pretty run down. I know the many Tribal Casinos have probably hurt badly.
so sad most american cities downtown is a disaster and Reno is a prime example, they have pumped money in it, beautiful minor league ballpark, lots of dog walking parks, art, etc etc but the homeless are in complete control of downtown and again like most american cities the suburbs are great, so here is the plan, dont go to downtown Reno, it's one big homeless shelter, Silver Legacy has great slot machines but other than that never go to downtown Reno, suburbs have some great casinos, Boomtown, Bonanza, Grand Sierra, stay at Bonanza or Grand Sierra, downtown truly disgusting
One great aspect of Reno is the cheap gambling. Unlike Vegas, low limit blackjack games with great rules are the norm there. Same thing with video poker. 25 cent machines with >99% payback are easy to find there.
CC used to have 3x the table games, and the place was packed on the weekends. All 3 casinos have gone down hill in terms of service now that Ceasars runs the place. Its more cooperate now and the family touch is gone. CC also used to have a ton of coin slots still running just a few years ago.
The people who own the Eldorado and Silver Legacy bought Caesars and Circus Circus not the other way around. So there shouldn't be anything different about it. Never really had any type of "family" feel to it

Bear in mind that the LV CC is about a decade older than the Reno CC so I think that partly is the reason why it looks more worn.

@@georgegoble6054 The Peppermill is great too.
One great aspect of Reno is the cheap gambling. Unlike Vegas, low limit blackjack games with great rules are the norm there. Same thing with video poker. 25 cent machines with >99% payback are easy to find there.
Quality vid! Thank you.
Never really had any type of "family" feel to it
Looks cleaner than the strip counterpart.
I’m digging the Auto Museum 👍🏽🏎🛺
Did you and Greta walk down the street just a couple blocks to the Truckee River? We are enjoying your new $100.00 slot videos so much! You & Great make such a good team❤️
The Row is always a nice spot. Love going there for superbowl weekend
Peppermill in Reno, is one of my favorite casinos ever, and the pool is amazing and it’s heated by natural hot springs
